Why I Support President Bush and the ZOT!
Posted on 03/19/2006 6:29:28 AM PST by thousand dollar hamburger
I think he has a sincere desire to help everyone. he has even gone out of his way to embrace people like Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy. He does not hold grudges as shown by his willingness to bend over backwards to allow terrorist supporting nations to operate our ports. We need this type of benevolent leader.
Our President is not a cheapskate, as he has opened up our budget to give to anyone who might need anything.
Aliens from all nations are welcomed into our great country without having to deal with mundane bureaucratic State approval. Cutting government red tape -- that's the Bush way!
Yes, our Prseident even realizes that occupying as many countries around the world as possible is the best way to spread American ideals.
We are truly lucky to have this great man. I suggest that at 10:00 AM EST, we all stand up in unison and shout -- HOORAY FOR BUSH!!!

Ripped them into tiny pieces and then jumped up and down on em huh?
I tore into British Air after they served me a "diabetic breakfast" of yogurt (sweetened with HFCS) orange juice and a banana. No protein, no complex carbs, just straight sugar at a time when you are already a bit wonky from travel.
It was BTW the same meal that they served as a lo-fat breakfast and as a high fiber breakfast. This was repeated through out the flight, diabetic, lo-fat and high fiber were all the exact same meal.

Backup my hard drive? How do I get it in reverse? Flip your PC or laptop over. Or get a REALLY BIG Magnet to get it to reverse polarity! ;)
PS: For GOD'S SAKE don't do any of the things I just said. The magnet will ruin your data forever.
But joke I must and this joke shall stand ;)

I was just finally winding down when I wrote that letter. I had gone to the PO this morning to mail something to my sister in AK, and I had printed the label at home. I didn't attach it to the package because I wanted to see how much it was without the bar code.
After waiting 20 minutes for a clerk, he said it would be $9. I said, "How much if I cut off the bar code?" He said, "You can't cut off the bar code."
I looked at him, smiled, cocked my head and said, " I printed it, and I can cut it." I took it, tore it up and left it on the counter, saying, "Thanks for your time," and walked out.

Nope. Had to take the girls to the airport. Swung back in at work to switch over a couple of tests. I was going to stay and make up both hours I lost, but I may just come in early tomorrow. I have my class at 8PM CST. If I stick around here another hour, I'll be stuck here until after 9PM.
Ick...

I spent 20 years in customer service, and the guy was rude to everyone ahead of me. He was so flabberghasted that someone would actually dispute what he said that he remarked as I left, "She didn't have to get upset about it!"
I wasn't. I just wasn't going to be told I couldn't do something I've often done. Besides: I smiled, and I never raised my voice.

Dunno... a bunch. Couple hundred from various websites. Zon said she was going to clue her parents in on it.
I'd rather be home sucking back a brewskie in a nice quiet house...

Some people are in customer service because they have no skills and most places see it as a no-skill job. The problem is that it is a skilled job. Be nasty to people and soon you will have no customers to serve.
A good CS person is like a good receptionist, worth their weight in gold.
