I am a night owl plus I am still talking about the port deal to anyone that will listen that has vanquished any sleep from my mind lol
Just watched Conan in Finland...
I'm a night owl as well. I have been for many years.
Besides, FReeping is addictive. You start, but you can't stop.
I am doing the 7pm to 7am shift.
Woke up by dog wanting out.
Too many aches and pains in this old carcass to sleep.
Drinking.
Backache...I got my allotted 3 hour nap, now I have to be up for 8 hours, then I get another nap
It's 1251 hours in Ramadi.
Brilliant sunshine after two days of sandstorms.
Montgomery Gentry was supposed to perform for us, but he got grounded in Kuwait, last we heard. Oh well, he'll get here eventually.
I'm a night owl...I love the quiet, it's the only uninterrupted time I have so it's when I peruse FR or the Star Wars message boards or just surf the web.
Cindie
Baby wakes up anywhere between 4:30 and 5:30 everyday. Gravity seems to have some wierd super-effect on the wife before dawn.
I usually get up anytime after 4 a.m. that I happen to wake up, so I can make coffee, load up the wood stove and have a few minutes to myself.
It's only a wee bit after 2 AM here in the People's Republic of Washington :-)
Was watching South Park and then a Monty Python special on PBS :-)
Time for bed... "waving"
Because it's 1:22 p.m. where I am. ;-)
Working. We are in a slow part of the hole, so I have time to freep between describing geological samples.
I'm here because my daughter had a wreck on her bicycle about 5 pm and is now at the emergency room with her mom. She seemed at first to be okay, but from her symptoms I now believe she has some internal injuries, very possibly a spleen injury. I am definitely worried given the apparently serious nature of the injury.
The hospital emergency room was jam-packed, and at 330 am they still had not seen a doctor, but it was looking close. I am waiting to hear something more from her mom. They should probably be with a doctor now.
Any prayers from freepers would be appreciated.
Got no woman to keep me occupied; work is a bitch; its hailing outside and another thunderstorm is passing over my home and after Thursday's tornado am a little edgy;I got heartburn and the cat is talking to his friend on the outside. So with all of that, FR is my only haven.
Luckily, I've always been one of those rare people who can get by on 4 or 5 hours sleep, so it really doesn't bother me, aside from the general annoyance of getting rousted by the bloody dog.
Well I just saw this thread but my shift is almost over.. 30 mins and my relief should be here. /Yawn.. What a long night, I'm glad I only do one of these a week.
I'll go back to sleep until 9:00.
