And now, I bring you tonights Dinklemeyer. It is with great pleasure that I introduce the first major character besides Freddy to last throughout the strips history:
I never gave the talking pig a name; he is just called The Pig. In expanding Dinklemeyers world, I wanted to draw a lot more of Freddys home life and get him away from High School.
If Im allowed to say it, the pig is one of my all-time favorite cartoon characters that I personally have created.
I had long wanted to do an animal character. At first, I thought, dog. But a talking dog
that just doesnt sound original. Same with a cat. Feels like its been done. So I was going through domestic animals in my mind, when I came to pigs. Pigs are not as well represented in the comic strip world as dogs and cats, so it seemed like a perfect fit.
Here, his look is not quite fully developed. But his first line of dialogue here establishes his personality perfectly. I had no idea how funny the pig would turn out to be when I first started him.
Freddy Dinklemeyer has a weird home life.
As always, I must take time to mention that the full FReeptoon archives is on my home page, down at the bottom.
And enjoy, of course.
Alright, people, who's going to be first? Do I have to do it?
Freddy, have you no consideration at all for the followers of the madmuzzie mohammad, LOL!?
I LOVE the pig! Hope we get to see a lot more of PIG!
As usual, I enjoyed the 'toon. The last panel was classic. Also, I find the Danish media shark's attire amusing.
Don't panic, I'm here!!
Phew! Okay, I can calm down now.
good job PC.. smoocheroos!
Awesome! LOL I love how you made Donkey dumb "I thought you said this guy speaks English." LOL I love the new talking pig.
I wasn't sure how to draw a Danish shark, I mean, how do you draw a Danish shark? I just kind of made up some central European-Skandinavianish attire and threw it on. I'm pleased with it.
Hey Dolly. Thanks a bunch.
Yes, I assure you, to the disdain of Muslims everywhere, there will be a lot more talking pig in the future.
I maintain here that the Donkey, representing the Left, doesn't fully comprehend the concepts of freedom of speech.

Your 'toon reminded me that I need to buy some Danish cheese, Danish ham, buy some Legos, and drink a Carlsberg this week...
More of an uncomfortable, skinny computer chair. But it works, too.
LOL, Legos?
Yep. Legos are a Danish product.
You know, I think I've heard that before. I guess I forgot. Legos...who knew?
I'm just sitting on a stool!
