Nyquil works good too, chug a bottle and you're off to
dreamland. Don't forget the strip of Duct tape though,
you want to keep that stuff down where it can do you
some good.

I have been thinking of getting a GPS.

If you get a GPS check out geocaching.com. It's fun, my daughter and I have found stuff without the GPS but I'd like to get one.

I forgot about the green tea, which I always use, and the garlic. I use the deoderize kind though lest I kill everyone in a half-mile radius.

Good grief! When does that happen? Although, the worst thing happened to me the other night. Some weird person, supposedly a woman, somehow got my Yahoo IM address and came on with the filthiest stuff I have ever heard. Apparently she thought I was a man. Yuck. I blocked that as soon as I could find out how you do it on Yahoo.

I have never had a better highway car. it was a company car I bought for $750 almost 2 years ago. My company takes excellent care of the cars and equipment. It has the original transmission and engine, too, and still runs near perfectly. Cruise control broke a while ago, though. Oh well.

Last time I started to come down with a cold I tried the Zycam stuff Rush is always talking about. It seemed to work.

This cold/flu/thingy landed in my throat. It hurts to swallow - so, I'm downing tea, water, and soup ... and hot toddies.

I know the feeling. A few months ago, I had a bad summer cold with sore throat. One night, I was sitting here, surfing and answering e-mails with one hand on the keyboard and in the other hand, a bottle of Jim Beam B-) I finally hit the sack when I got a little too tipsy as I waddled down the hallway. B-) The alcohol burns at first but it kills the painbut here are times I do need repeated use.

Hope you feel better soon, I'll say a prayer for you tonite.

ONe night in college, I got a call. A girl was on the other end. She asked for (fill in my real name). I said, "This is him." She asked me how I was doing. I said fine. She said that was good. She was breathing kind of heavy.

Then she said, "So tell me, do you like dirty movies?"

I just hung up after that.

I hate it when you are sick and alone, no one around to
hear you snivel.

No one to make hot toddies, etc.
Still sometimes it's a blessing, I had whooping cough
last christmas and honest I was awake for three days because
of all the coughing, coughing so hard that you can't catch your breath, then it's better to be by yourself.

I saw a story on TV once where a woman got married and was very happy, but a few months into the marriage she discovered her husband was not a man at all. She had wondered why "he" was never frisky, and why "he" had a mysterious bandage across "his" chest. "His" explanation was that "he" had been in a car wreck and was recovering.

Then the truth came out.

I am not an X wife, either. I am a widow. Does that count as being a good one? Of course, I am the one who says in her order of requirements, MUST LOVE DOGS. LOL!

I hate it when you are sick and alone, no one around to hear you snivel.

But think how happy other people are that they don't have to hear you.

I had a girl like that once, an obscene caller,
she said she had seen me somewhere and that I reminded her
of her ex or something.
I kept telling her COME OVER but she never would. I actually
met her later, she was an exotic dancer and her name was
GET tHIS......Terry Tingle!
