The NYC transit strike is on. Commuters dont like it. While the matter goes to court, what do the cats think of this news?

Desperate Negotiating Tactic.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
We finally got the tree decorated and kept the kittens from lounging in the branches..The spraying of kitty repellant and eternal vigilance has paid off..usually, mostly..well, sometimes.
Cats do tend to think you put the tree up just for them ;)
Some might think that is cruel and you should be reported to PETA... I on the other hand think it is very cute!
Felix: "I hate playing the Democrat!"
Indeed and the newness wearing off helped curtail the fascination with a new "toy".. They think I sweep the floor, load and unload laundry from the machines for their amusement, load the dishwasher for their fun time. They own the place..We just live here.

Exactly! LOL!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU, LADY JAG!
My oldest, Sam, is suspected of having lymphoma, and I will be taking him to the KState Vet Hospital next week for additional testing. He is thirteen, and has been the longest relationship of my life, outside of my parents.
Keep him in your thoughts, and I will keep you posted.
The last kitty I lost, three years ago, was to bone cancer. The prognosis for Sam is better, but I am really scared. Watching them suffer through treatment is so terrible.
I will. I know the fear and the loss.
HUGS and good luck with treatment for Sam.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, KITTY MITTENS!
I'm going to think all good thoughts about your special boy, Sam. Having just gone through a cancer scare with my favorite cat, Elliott, I can certainly empathize with you.
The hardest part for me was "not borrowing trouble." Meaning, staying away from the idea that it was going to be bad news. In point of fact, I knew no such thing. Other fact being, El's problem turned out to be benign. I hope for the same outcome in Sam's case.
Cats are often extremely sensitive to our emotions. I've read that and heard it from vets. Finally decided that I didn't want Elliott to feel fear from me, so I decided to get a grip. I wanted him to feel especially loved and secure, so that's what I worked on.
Don't know that any of that will be meaningful to you. Just know I'll be thinking of you. Take care.
