I'm ashamed to say that I forced myself to watch "Newlyweds" for 5 minutes once. Jessica and her pretty boy husband were arguing over whether it was OK for him to attend a party at the Playboy mansion without her. Ultimately, he convinced her that her "jealousy" was misguided and harmful to their marriage.
At that point, my overriding thoughts were that these two stupid kids deserved each other's morally vacant outlooks on life, and that Jessica should thank her opportunistic father for "managing" her career in a direction that jeopardized her marriage. That narcissistic TV show was his idea to boost his daughter's career.
