Lime Jello, Marshmallow, Cottage Cheese Surprise!
Casserole? Oh, you mean Hotdish.
And it is in my refigerator, growing mold.
My only question is how they knew.
When the green bean casserole turns blue...don't eat it!
Would someone please explain the appeal of this dish? I've never understood it. It looks and smells awful.
Ritz Crackers, Broccoli & CHEESE Casserole

2 lbs. cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Grease casserole. Layer broccoli, diced cheese and crushed Ritz crackers, dab butter on each layer. Repeat until ingredients are gone. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves at least 10. Adjust recipe accordingly.
I loathe green bean casserole (although I do love green beans), but politely eat it every holiday season. Around this family, those Durkee things are used as the topping.
my mom gave me an old covered dish that's been in the family for ages, and insisted that I serve green bean casserole in it every thanksgiving...
with just one son and myself around this year, we may go out for thanksgiving dinner -- though i will miss cooking the turkey and dressing
Sounds like an Arby's night. ;')
Obviously a joke, everyone knows Thanksgiving is a Pizza Night!!! Woo-hoo!

Green bean casserole is NOT to bad if you make it with "FRENCH cut Green beans" instead of the regular ones ( which I can NOT eat they make me sick).
Also if you let it set overnight it is good warmed up..
sorta like eating leftover pizza but without the cheese...lol
