The word Smoking is a very bad word to use around any Federal, State or Local group. You can check on this your self, but smokers loose all their right when they light up. I used the word discrimination in letters to all goverment groups and found that they do not discriminate when it comes to smokers. It is not illegal to stop smoking any way they want too. You can not have a discrimination suite when it comes to smoking. This is the way they are going to stop all smoking by the year 2010. That is a set date to outlaw smoking all together. The bad part is with out all the smokers working together this will happen. The next step will be to get rid of over weight people. They have a set plan to get this country healhy if you want to be healthy or not. This is the set plan. I asked if they were going to kill off the ones that do not come up to their set plan? But never received an answer. Hitler had the same plan if he hadn't been stopped. That is what is going to happen if these groups are not stopped.

Hiya oldrip .... while I might agree with some parts of your vanity post, allow me to be the first. Meet Silly, VK:

SILLY, Viking Kitty! As you can see from the pics she is a well qualified Viking Kitty. She eats jerky and "tries" to drink my beer, she's ornery, headstrong, and generally a pain in the butt!!! (Particularly when she's in heat and I won't let her outside!!!!) LOL

In this photo we see Silly at the door when I say "Disruptor"	Silly immediately takes up her position on the desk and contemplates the "ZOT" button	Here, Silly decides that the "ZOT" is in order, and she reaches for the "ZOT" button	Here, Silly advises me of a successful "ZOT" operation.

Before you troll; it's usually best to think your point through to a logical conclusion. Taking the 'Right to Smoke' is a bogus statement, for I defy you to show me where you have the 'Right to Smoke' in the Consistution. You may have an implied belief your smoking is covered by the Right to pursue Happiness, but then you also have the fact that 'Rights' do not infringe upon others. For example, I have the 'Right to Free Speech', however my rights do not demand that you listen. I have the right to print what I wish, provided my writing does not deny another their rights (privacy, libel and slander).

By claiming the 'Right' to smoke, you are claiming the right to demand that others tolerate the smell (see right to never bathe), and to fill in for the time you will miss from work (smokers have a statistically higher rate of sick days than non-smokers) as well as subsidize your hospital care (again, smokers tend to get lung cancer, emphasema and heart problems at a higher rate than non-smokers). Thus, your 'RIGHT' not only denies me my rights (I do my job and yours too), and my money (because you demand that I subsidize you through increased insurance rates for your increased medical expenses).

No one is as unforgiving of the personal weakness you have, the inability to recognize a problem as a problem, and the psychological addiction you have, as an EX-Smoker. I smoked a pack and a half a day, for 15 years. I quit, why can't you?

You KNOW smoking isn't doing you any good, you KNOW it will kill you, you KNOW your family will miss you when you go, and you know that you will exhause your family's financial resources in the hospital before you die; so WHY are you doing this?
