OK, that linked rumor sounds like an urban legend. Why would cops have taken a picture of him with him in a, um, 'state' that would reveal the markings?
He should enter the court wearing a jarhead cut, grow a beard, wear a striped one-piece 1890s-style swimsuit and tote along Bubbles (yeah, I know -- yawn).
