Thanks for making this prayer thread a reality!

In these days when we pray constantly for our troops who are daily in harm's way on our behalf, it is particularly appropriate that we not forgot those heroic Americans who walked through the valley of death in years past.

And it is particularly apt that we pray for this small band of veterans, who in the interest of truth

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that those who once served on foreign soil with honor and valor, now serve again in our midst, with honor and valor. Heavenly Father,
I thank you for the grace and mercy you have shown and continue to show this country. I thank you for the Love and sacrifice that makes it possible for us to come to you in prayer. I thank you for the freedom afforded us to worship you in spirit and truth and for the freedom to pursue life, liberty, and happiness afforded us by you.
