We hear...That the GOP is reaching out to Kelsey Grammer, Lee Ann Womack, Kid Rock, Dennis Miller, Britney Spears, and country stars Brooks N' Dunn in hopes that they'll lend some star power to the Republican National Convention.

He is a registered Democrat and has expressed sme questions about the WMD. But as far as I can tell, will vote for Bush...there is no way Toby can look at Kerry and think "Manley".
I tend to agree with an earlier post. Bring on the sluts and whores. Pedophiles, too. The big Republican tent has room for all persuasions. Every vote counts.
Once all is said and done, it may turn out that the only difference between R and D is the speed of the handbasket, the grade of the slippery slope, ...
Miller might be ok because he's sort of a political commentator as a humorist, but Britney would be a joke IMHO. One possible compromise: play music from sympathetic performers in the background between speeches without necessarily having them appear onstage or in person.
