[history]
"Today" show fans may have noticed a change in Katie Couric's looks lately: The pixie NBC star is sporting some pretty long bangs. And, according to a report in Women's Wear Daily, they are there not as a fashion statement so much as camouflage. According to surgeon Cap Lesesne, wearing long bangs is a good way to hide forthcoming plastic surgery.

Total puff piece, but the title of the article alone makes me laugh. Figured I would share this with many of her "fans" here at FR.

They are hiding a DNA stain, that never completely washed off.

You've got to have a brain first in order to have a lobotomy. No, what her bangs are hiding are the nubs from the horns she's had surgically removed.

They're to hide the "Dean '04" tatoo she has on her forehead.

I don't think it's that as she appears to have also infected the staff around her.

America's sweetheart?????? Excuse me--she is a brain dead mouthpiece that gets her marching orders every day from the DNC. She is too stupid to have a thought of her own.
To: jmcclain19
She should just consult with Botox Boy.

Those long bangs are "iin" and drive me nuts,,hanging down over the brows right iinto the eyes.. they look so uncomfortable, would drive me insane, but the young girls love them.

There you are, then. The bangs are to hide the transceiver that's been implanted into her forehead...

Hoping to resurrect her career and sagging --- ratings, negotiations between Katie and Madonna fell through during preliminary plans for an on camera open mouth kiss.
Katie was devastated when Madonna opted for someone younger with bangs -- aka the Britney kiss.
