I don't know who the reporter was or who he works for.
Lysie - on another thread I said there were a lot of freepers who would like to buy the reporter dinner. Kisses optional, of course!

If anyone wants to blow a gasket, you can catch the replay of today's WH press briefing on CSPAN II at ABOUT 10 p.m.ET tonite.
You can check the schedule here: C-SPAN for changes.
I got the info via C-SPAN alert email....the briefing isn't on the site linked just yet, it looks like.

One more thing, I heard today that Kerry voted against the military pay raise several years back.

The transcript of the press conference is finally up on the White House web site. A quick perusal shows this statement:
And would the White House consider those actions by Senator Kerry, that Jeff mentions fair game in the political season?
If I am reading it correctly, the reporter who drilled Kerry is named Jeff.
Your assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to first verify my quick reading of the transcript and then to figure out who in the White House press corps is named Jeff.

I saw the reporter. He was so upset with the other reporters' remarks his voice was actually quivering.
Give that guy a raise...
Back in a few...
