It is time to bring back the HUAC the House Un-American Activities Committee and make TX Congressman Brandon Gill its Chair.
I agree, but Congress will never do it.
We should also bring back its Senate equivalent, the Internal Security Subcommittee and make Ted Cruz its chairman.

The actual name of the committee was the House Committee on Un-American Activities. Lefties referred to as The House Un-American Activities Committee to make it sound like the committee’s activities were the ones that were un-American. Radio talk show host George Putnam, who actually lived through and reported on that era, used to stress that back on his radio show on KIEV in Los Angeles.

This Congress will not do it because this Congress has many anti-American members who have been successfully indoctrinated to oppose every bill meant to ensure the safety and well-being of our country and all of its productive and law-abiding citizens. And that body of lawmakers could become even more radically anti-American following the mid-term elections.
The problems: first, in their knee-jerk compulsion to show they are fair and even handed, the Republicans would come after some conservatives just to show they are not “biased” against leftists; and second, the instant the democrats regain power in DC, it would be lawfare on steriods against anyone who ever supported Trump. While I can see clearly that McCarthy was correct and the communist plan to take over the US is accurate I can’t really defend the tactics used by McCarthyism.
These are more what Xi would do. Will it win? Yes. But at what cost?
Let’s course the book on this and instead recall that Alinsky beat McCarthy. Don’t use McCarthy tactics, use Alinsky tactics.

The only people HUAC convicted of anything was the people who refused to testify, they got a few months for contempt. HUAC was pure theater, total masturbation, and completely worthless. Current Congress is already far to worthless. No need to add more time wasting BS.
