President Trump IS the new world order now.
Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, “Colombia is very sick too, run by a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States. And he is not going to be doing it very long, let me tell you.”
He also said, “Mexico has to get their act together because they’re pouring through Mexico and we’re going to have to do something.”
He also said, “Cuba looks like it is ready to fall.”
But the best thing he said was “You know what Denmark did recently to boost up security on Greenland? They added one more dog sled. It’s true. They thought that was a great move.”
OK, he jested. The Danes have deigned to spend $4.2 billion boosting its security. That’s less than 1% of its GDP. Now for the punchline: to defend themselves from the USA, they’re buying 16 F-35s. That’ll bring their total to 43.
Lockheed Martin delivered its 500th F-35 to the American military in August.
Mette Frederiksen, the Danish prime minister, warned on Monday, “If the United States decides to militarily attack another NATO country, then everything would stop—that includes NATO and therefore post-second world war security.”

As much as I love Trump, I don't think he's handled the proposed acquisition of Greenland very well. Question: is it really Trump's goal to acquire Greenland? Maybe he trolls that to convince the Danes to beef up security to protect it. Much like he's been trying to get other NATO members to do. As the article states: The Danes have deigned to spend $4.2 billion boosting its security. That’s less than 1% of its GDP. Now for the punchline: to defend themselves from the USA, they’re buying 16 F-35s. That’ll bring their total to 43..

Don’t we already have a military base in Greenland, if so, just keep flying in troops and the next thing you know is there will be more US military personnel on base that the entire population of Greenland

Tim Walz: "Every minute I spend defending my own political interests would be a minute I can’t spend defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on our generosity"
Because he's done such a good job on that vis a vis the Somali fraudsters stealing from the actual U.S. citizens in his state? He is either incredibly stupid or incredibly dishonest. Actually, I'd say he is both.

It seems for most of my adult life I've been mentally screaming inside my head why aren't we kicking their ass/defending our interests/fighting back when attacked, etc.? To my eyes our responses have so often been overly diplomatic, overly careful, afraid to "trigger" a response, cringing from various labels (imperialists, aggressive, war like, etc.).
We finally have a president who is doing what an American president ought to do and I am freaking loving it. The leverage he has now energy wise, hemisphere wise, stoking fear among our enemies wise makes me very happy.
Considering that Cuba relied heavily on Venezuelan oil might we see the Cubans finally able to rid themselves of the Castros?
To: Lizavetta
I definitely see dominoes everywhere.
The change in Venezuela will drive change in Cuba. But China is also very shaky. Their economy is not nearly as strong as it appears, and their demographics are horrific. Venezuela is a big blow to China and may drive massive change there as well.
And, of course, when Iran falls, everything will change in the Middle East.
Big changes coming to the globe and it’s all because of Trump. The Globalists are going to take a licking and freedom will bust out everywhere.

That response is about what I expected from someone like you. FR needs to vet posters better. And you need to proof your posts.
Have a nice day.
