Yes, yes it should.
As should the “Southern Poverty” group, which has inciting violence against many.
Yet, if someone vandalized a mosque, that would be a ‘hate crime’.
As Orwell wrote, some animals are more equal than others.
That lame argument might fly in Kalifornia... but not in Texas.
It was a crime of passion?
I’m sure if a Christian defaced a mosque, there would be hell to pay for that.
Burn down a Mosque and call it “just an attempt to barbecue”. What if every Mosque were visited by well fed pigs? Pigs need shelter too.
Make CAIR pay the Jizra and feel themselves subdued. Sound fair? If not...why?

Know what? I don’t care what CAIR wants. If they don’t like the laws we have in place here, they can go back to wherever that was the rule of law.
If “graffiti is the language of the unheard,” then Rule .308 is the appropriate acknowledgement to the perp to ensure their understanding that their “language” was heard and acted upon.
They can paint whatever they want on their own buildings. 1A doesn’t mean you get to deface someone else’s property.
All of the other liberal idiocy we are fighting has taken our eyes off the danger of the religion of peace. Just look what it is doing to the UK.
