BREAKING: Obama Judge Bars Trump Admin From Bringing New Criminal Illegal Aliens to Alligator Alcatraz – Orders Facility to be Dismantled

On Thursday evening, US District Judge Kathleen Williams, an Obama appointee, barred the Trump Administration from bringing new illegal alien detainees to Alligator Alcatraz. She also ordered the facility to be dismantled within 60 days.

Alligator Alcatraz is a detention center for illegal aliens, many of whom are rapists, murderers, and designated foreign terrorists.

On Thursday, Judge Williams issued a preliminary injunction barring the Trump Administration from bringing new illegal aliens to Alligator Alcatraz and ordered the facility to be dismantled.

“The Court ENTERS a Preliminary Injunction prohibiting the State and Federal Defendants and their officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any person who is in active concert or participation with them from (1) installing any additional industrial-style lighting (described by witnesses as “Sunbelt” lighting); or doing any paving, filling, excavating, or fencing; or doing any other site expansion, including placing or erecting any additional buildings, tents, dormitories, or other residential or administrative facilities on the TNT site; and (2) bringing any additional persons onto the TNT site who were not already being detained at the site at the time of this Order going into effect,” the judge wrote in an 82-page order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

The Judge said the facility must be dismantled within 60 days.

The origins of the whole affair:

On June 27, 2025, non-profit environmental organizations Friends and CBD filed
this suit seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to halt the camp’s construction and
operation until the project complied with federal, state, and local laws. (Id. ¶¶ 1, 8, 13).
Most notably, Plaintiffs claim the project is being built and operated in violation of the
National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”), which requires that major federal actions
significantly affecting the human environment undergo environmental review processes.
(Id. ¶¶ 61–74) (Count I).

An activist group is given “standing” to sue in Federal Court over matters that have zero personal affect to them. On “environmental” issues, its as if the activist groups are allowed standing as representing “the environment”.

We need to end that kind of legal fiction.

According to the SCOTUS ruling, plaintiffs must now follow the rigorous class certification process to have their case certified as a class action before a judge can grant a universal injunction, which binds the parties and those constructively in the class. The commie lawyers made sure to mention some Florida Indian group.

I am shocked that more Freepers have not watched some of these judges be questioned by Senators. The nominees are clearly as dumb as a hammer yet they get confirmed. All these inferior courts are established bu Congress and subject to the Congress has a lot of power over them including funding.
