PoliticsNew Details Emerge On Illegal Alien Turned Democrat Hero’s Alleged Ties To Human Trafficking

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a suspected MS-13 gang member whose deportation case has made him a hero for the Democratic Party, was previously stopped by a highway patrol officer while driving a car belonging to a confessed human trafficker, multiple Department of Homeland Security sources revealed in a bombshell report from Just The News.

Abrego Garcia — a Salvadoran illegal alien who has been falsely referred to as a “Maryland man” by Democrat politicians and mainstream media outlets — was pulled over driving an SUV belonging to Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes in Tennessee. Reyes, another illegal alien, confessed to participating in human smuggling across the U.S.-Mexico border in 2020.

In 2022, the Biden Administration flagged Abrego Garcia as a “suspect alien” who was possibly involved in “human smuggling/trafficking” after the traffic stop raised suspicions from a Tennessee state trooper, according to internal DHS documents shared with Just The News. DHS also logged a record of the 2022 traffic stop shortly after the incident in order to keep tabs on Abrego Garcia.

The Salvadoran national was driving a black 2001 Chevrolet Suburban and said he was transporting his passengers to Maryland from Texas for construction work. Police had doubts over the claim, however, as they did not find any luggage in the vehicle after conducing a search,

DHS documents identified Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes as the owner of the vehicle. Upon questioning, Abrego Garcia told officers that Reyes was his boss.

Documents reveal that the SUV was flagged separately by the Homeland Security Investigations Baltimore field office as belonging to a target they suspected of human trafficking or smuggling, Just The News reported.

“Vehicle is used by HSI Baltimore target in human smuggling/trafficking operation. Vehicle makes trips to southern border to pick up non-citizens,” a DHS memo reads. The memo further instructs law enforcement officers to contact the Baltimore HSI office if the vehicle is encountered.

In 2020, Hernandez Reyes pleaded guilty to smuggling fellow illegal aliens into the United States. Hernandez Reyes was taken into custody following a traffic stop in Mississippi, where he was transporting illegal aliens from El Salvador, Mexico and Honduras, DHS records show.

Three of the passengers—citizens of Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras—were determined to have been previously deported from the United States and had illegally returned, the Justice Department said. They were charged with unlawful reentry to the United States.

Hernandez-Reyes was ultimately sentenced to 18 months in prison after entering a guilty plea. As his prison sentence was nearing its conclusion in March 2021, Hernandez Reyes’ “deport order” was reinstated by the Biden Administration.

Investigators further determined that Hernandez Reyes and his brother-in-law, Modesto Alvarez, were transporting the illegal immigrants from their home base of Houston, Texas, to different locations throughout the United States.

When a Tennessee state trooper stopped Abrego Garcia in 2022 for driving erratically and speeding, he was found to be driving an SUV filled with people coming from Houston, Texas. Abrego Garcia’s expired driver’s license and lack of luggage in the car led the state trooper to suspect smuggling or trafficking was involved, DHS records show.

Abrego Garcia has become a hero for the Democratic Party in recent weeks, leading multiple Democrat lawmakers to travel to El Salvador in order to demand the illegal alien’s return to the United States. The Trump Administration has asserted that Abrego Garcia had ties to the ultra-violent MS-13 street gang, a claim Abrego Garcia’s lawyers have denied.

The Trump-led Department of Justice has released a number of documents detailing Abrego Garcia’s suspected ties to the gang and further criminal record, however.

One report, based on the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Gang Field Interview Sheet, explicitly identifies Abrego Garcia by name, stating he was “validated as a member of the Mara Salvatrucha MS-13,” and held the rank of “Chequeo” within the gang’s Westerns clique.

The information was corroborated by a “past, proven, and reliable source,” according to the documents. Bondi shared the files Wednesday afternoon, writing: “We are releasing additional information on Kilmar Abrego Garcia,” alongside a link to the official DOJ site.

I was looking for that previously and the tattoo listed at that time was the one on his arm. I’m presuming he didn’t yet have the tats on his knuckles. If that is the case, then he may have added the knuckle tats using code for MS-13 after 2019. Maybe when he graduated to full homie status after killing a rival gang member.

Those tats tell us everything we need to know about the wife. She knew exactly who he is. When he was arrested by ICE he made a phone call to her and told her that they had asked him about a photo of him playing basketball (presumably with MS-13 members, and presumably after they had done follow-up on the info from the confidential informant that led them to this basketball game) and about a restaurant they frequented (again, presumably associated with other MS-13 gang members and discovered by follow-up on the confidential informant’s information - which, BTW, would show that the CI was accurate about who this guy was hanging with and where).

I think he was some kind of operative for the Biden administration, assisting with trafficking illegals from the southern border to the Atlantic central to south area.

They want him back so he doesn’t talk. Not for any purpose of providing him with “due process”. I think this might make me a “conspiracy theorist”. But, whatever.......

Abrego Garcia — a Salvadoran illegal alien who has been falsely referred to as a “Maryland man” by Democrat politicians and mainstream media outlets ...

On that very subject the following three minute video should convince even the most recalcitrant skeptic that the Mockingbird Media is 100% propaganda and political activism. "Fake News" doesn't even begin to describe what they are.

It doesn’t make you a conspiracy theorist.

It makes you sound like you have good intuition.

Let me add one more. Knowing how democrats work, him being in one of Bukele’s jails may be saving his life.

Yes, you are right. Bringing him back to the US, he could promptly be involved in some unfortunate situation, I expect.
