Democratic Rep. Jim Clyburn believes Joe Biden will go down as one of the greatest presidents in American history.
In an interview on MSNBC’s Chris Jansing Reports, the South Carolina congressman said that history will judge Biden kindly.
“Given everything that was in place when he took office, Covid the economic challenges, do you think that this was in some ways inevitable?” Jansing asked.
”And how do you think history will judge this presidency?”
Clyburn responded:
I think that he will go down as one of the greatest presidents we ever had. I think the same thing about Jimmy Carter, who we just funeralized. Jimmy Carter left the presidency with very, very low ratings. Harry Truman, the same thing.
People who do big things, people who break with the status quo. These people do not get judged well in the currency.
But when history gets a chance to look back to read the things he said and did, rather than to respond to the way he said them.”
I heard people this morning or last night talking about him not being a great communicator.
Well, some people are good speakers, other people are great doers, and some people just know how to write. And that is what it is all about.
We are judging people on substance when we look back on them, not on style.
If you’re looking for style, Joe Biden is not your guy. On substance, he’s everybody’s person.

😂😂😂😂. Wut ya been tokin’ on jimee?
Top 50 at least
Says the permanent innkeeper at the plantation....
And I’m sure Hank Johnson is #2 on clyburn’s list.
This guy a a complete dipshit
For kicks and giggles, how would you rank these A-list Presidents, in terms of being detrimental to America? 1=least detrimental, 4=most detrimental.
Carter
Bubba
Obama
Bidet
Candidly, I’d put Clinton at the bottom/#4. He was a snake and filth and oversaw the pivot away from liberty and freedom that, frankly, was lost until 2016.
I know people are saying Carter wasn’t so bad, but he WUZ bad. #3.
Here where it gets tricky.
Bidet was a bumbling old statist who did nothing right. But when he was mean and angry, he weaponized the DOJ and had OSHA go full vaxx. #2.
Obama was bad, but as LS said a while ago…he was largely a Party Girl. He was so full of himself and his fandom that he coulda really torched America. But he left a lot of statism on the table. He sucked, but by virtue of him being more interested in being a star and taking selfies than going full Pol Pot, he is #1.
Flame away.
What remains to be seen is whether this is Clyburn’s final payment on his pardon or a last desperate push to get one.
hey its samuel l jackson in Django Unchained
doign the bidding of his master i mean
You make a good argument for your rankings. I suppose any of those four could be #1-4 positions. Obama was just a mouthpiece for those behind the curtains, as well as Biden. Carter was a supposed good ole boy. But Clinton brought the mafia to Washington DC. Him and Hillary’s kill list is over a 100 people or more. They do indeed top all.
Wonder what this dummy’s IQ is?
