Voter anger is rising in Pennsylvania’s Erie County after the second mishap in this voting season led to some residents not getting ballots they requested.
Earlier this month, nearly 300 Erie County voters were sent their own mail-in ballot and another voter’s ballot, as well, according to Go Erie.
That led Joe Morris, political science department chair at Mercyhurst University, to say this was a bad place for a mistake to take place, according to Your Erie.
“To have a problem in Pennsylvania is bad. To have a problem in Pennsylvania’s swing-iest swing county is absolutely horrible,” he said.
Board of Elections chairman Andre Horton, a Democratic member of Erie County Council, downplayed the gaffe by saying, “There’s really nothing to see here,” Go Erie reported.
But there was something to see Monday outside of the Erie County Board of Elections office as residents who had requested to be sent mail-in ballots lined up to get some answers and cast their ballots, according to Your Erie.
“I ordered a mail-in ballot probably a month ago, and they sent me an email two weeks ago, saying that they mailed it, and if I hadn’t gotten it yet, I should contact my local election office, and so I did that, and they said it’s on the way, but I never got it,” said Jessamine Saxton, an Erie County resident.
The line seeking ballots and answers was so long some people waited for four hours, Your Erie reported.
Erie County “is a bellwether area in a bellwether state,” said Thomas J. Baldino, an emeritus professor of political science at Wilkes University, according to U.S. News and World Report. “The winning candidate will want to capture it for morale purposes and hope that it’s called early on election night.”

There sure a lot of voting screwups in Pennsylvania. So far, they seem to be in Democrat controlled areas.
Erie was close to 50/50 in 2016 (slight Trump win) and 2020 (slight Biden steal).
Board of Elections chairman Andre Horton, a Democratic member of Erie County Council, downplayed the gaffe by saying, “There’s really nothing to see here,” Go Erie reported.
SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE!
Once is happenstance...
Twice is coincidence...
Three times is enemy action.......................
Mafia um democrat controlled swing states have the most problems.
Oh, I think there's been more than just two "mishaps" ...

> Delay in announcing results
Incompetence is rife in American Government. We paper over every problem with printed money and debt.
And with overall incompetence, enters the potential for vast fraud and corruption.
Yep, closing down lines early. Telling people things are so slow that they should go somewhere else. Arresting someone for saying just stay in line.
Like Arizona, I don’t think Pennsylvania is ready for Primetime yet. Holding elections and voting is way over their heads.
Many of these stories keep popping up in PA. Same culprits.

Learn where to report voter fraud and voting rights violations.
What are the types of voter and election crimes?
Federal election crimes fall into three broad categories:
<><>Campaign finance crimes, when candidates accept funds that violate the amounts or donors permitted under the law
<><>Voter fraud and voter registration fraud, when someone illegally casts a vote in the name of a dead person or someone who has moved.
<><>Many states have strengthened their voter ID requirements to help stop voter fraud
<><>Civil rights violations involving voter intimidation, coercion, threats, and other tactics to suppress a person’s ability to vote
You have the right to cast your vote in private. There is no law against asking someone who they are voting for. But you do not have to share that information with anyone if you do not want to.

Three times is act of war by the domestic enemies the founders warned us about imho.
DEMOCRATS LIE And CHEAT......AND DESTROY...IT’S What they do well!
Yep. This is war. They’ve weaponized our institutions, and attempted to assassinate the leader of their opposing party. As is said, “All is fair in love and war”, and they have no reservations about stealing (another) election. After all, what are we going to do about it?
PA wasn’t a problem until they introduced all this alternative garbage with mail voting, electronic machines, etc. The issue with PA was Philly poll workers voting the entire voter roll in their precinct. Not sophisticated or a conspiracy, just what they were taught to do.
Sounds to me like the Democrats are focusing all of their efforts on this particular state — using every trick in their Pick-6 playbook.
Of course not.
And they'd tell you your house is not really on fire while it's burning down around your ears.
I despise these leftists.
The right needs to stop letting them push us around.
It's not incompetence.
It's malfeasance.
We need to stop excusing deliberate actions to steal elections.
It's just that nobody has the guts to hold others accountable any more. Everyone is worried about being *nice* and not *offending* anyone.
