Patrick Rooney, Founder of Old School (Natural Health / Success / Freedom) interviews Richard Emmons, Publisher and Editor of the Oregon Eagle, about the homeless crisis in Grants Pass, Oregon, which recently won a Supreme Court case, allowing them to regulate overnight camping.
The interview is far-ranging, dealing with the background that led to the crisis, the reasons a homeless problem exists, the challenges of solving the issue in a blue state, what Grants Pass City Council has decided to do about it, and most importantly, how drugs have made the current situation almost untenable.

Grants Pass was once a lovely stopover between Seattle and San Francisco. Quiet, placid, beautifully landscaped, the Norman Rockwell sort of city of dreams. It is so sad to hear that the scabrous flotsom of a useless population has made its way there. So sad.
The homeless is just a means to regulate everybody.
Yes it is. Sigh...
Yes, and destroy.

Yes, that is how I remembered it. I got stuck in Grants Pass after being burned out by the Almeda urban arson proven wildfire.
Terrifying place!
