“Short of being disbanded (my preference) if they do get a new building is should be built in North Dakota or Nebraska. Far far far from the beltway and both coasts.”
The agency should be moved to Florida and housed in giant fabric structures. There are people in Florida that know how to staff an agency like this.
No need to sunset the agency; mother nature will take care of that every few years. If the agency proves to be worthwhile it can be rebuilt after a storm.
Bttt.

There’s no way the other side could have passed on J6. It was the opportunity of a lifetime. I warned everyone I know not to go, especially if they were carrying a cell phone.
We can only hope Mr Trump pardons ALL those unjustly imprisoned….and given $$$ millions in damages and compensation….taxpayers money well spent…how he handles an out of control, disgraced FBI?
As with failed bankrupt companies, they need to be immediately renamed and the “ FBI” gets tossed into the stench filled garbage can of corrupted US history.
PS, senile Joe never conferred with military veterans in renaming our US military bases, Mr Trump’s way with words can probably find a “fitting” title for the disgraced agency.
How about Jarvis Island? It’s between Hawaii and the Cook Islands about 1.7 square miles, just large enough for one gargantuan Federal Building and a dock.
More than 3 1/2 years after the fact, the psychotic, fascist goons at the DOJ and FBI are still wasting time on J6 trespassers and “paraders”.
Don’t these filth have anything better to do? You’d think they were hunting down nazi war criminals, or the 10 most wanted. Useless.
Exactly. It’s a shot across the bow. Our own government firing on us.
The mistake the J6 protestors made was they were going to treated like the rest of BLM and Antifa.
Correct. And they know the peasants will do nothing but say,” Thank goodness it was not me!”
We are now ruled by a gang of criminals. Have been for a while and will be for the foreseeable future.
It is going to get a Hell of a lot worse before it gets any better, if it ever does.
We should have resisted the Steal of the 2020 election and the ensuing Coup.
Yes, and as soon as I saw that line of reasoning expressed here, I knew immediately that it had the ring of truth.
There were others here arguing that as many people as possible should go and "support PDJT," but I thought that was extremely bad advice.
I'm thankful for you and the others here who wisely warned against going.

"More than 2,300 text messages, first obtained by CNN, show conversations between Mark Mead...Show More Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene suggested in a text message sent three days before Joe Biden was sworn in as president that some of former President Donald Trump's staunchest allies wanted to declare martial law to keep Trump in power.
"In our private chat with only Members, several are saying the only way to save our Republic is for Trump to call for Marshall law [sic]," Greene texted Trump's then-chief of staff, Mark Meadows, on Jan. 17, 2021, 11 days after a pro-Trump mob attacked the U.S. Capitol to try to stop the certification of the vote."

“”I remember people right here at Free Republic warning that this event was going to be full of FBI agents and provocateurs, and saying to stay away from it.””

Occasionally people have to take risks. Like our Founders who voluntarily risked everything including their freedom and lives by merely signing a document.
Btw, here is a short historic video taken January 6, 2021 the networks will never air.
It was taken that day and depicts 500,000+ Trump supporters gathered just down the street from the Capitol. Watch to the end as the camera mounted to a mast is raised up and pans the area.

“Short of being disbanded (my preference) if they do get a new building is should be built in North Dakota or Nebraska. Far far far from the beltway and both coasts.”
Yep, I m thinking of western Nebraska with a direct connection to a Leavenworth Kansas and Florence Colorado.
Agreed. And what are we hearing from the Republicans, including Trump? Nothing.
They’re all afraid that they’ll be next, but they don’t realize that if they keep cowering, they certainly will be.
John Sullivan, a blm / antifa drone, posing as a MAGA supporter was sentenced to 6 years.
He filmed the Ashli Babbit murder.
The CNN reporter, Jade Sackett, that was with him, not charged.
So you believe, without question, ABC fake news?

Thank you for this reminder of what actually took place that day by true Trump supporters. His speech was 1.5 miles away from the Capitol building. Most Americans have never seen any pictures of the enormous crowd that was there to support President Trump, not to go into the Capitol.
IMHO the instigators who started that were not Trump supporters. They were not even at Trump’s speech. Some who entered open doors later got caught up in the excitement. The answer to the important question “who benefits” is definitely the Dems.
What is the statute of limitations on peaceful protest?
