the car dealerships (or at least a lot of them) are on their way to bankruptcy
many people now prefer ordering their new cars Exactly Like They Want Them, without any “required” extras or extortion or add-on charges for nothing anyone wants
ordering online
the last one we bought was delivered directly to our home with no fuss and no bother........and the trucker even offered to back it into our garage as we planned to do ourselves
why go to a dealership only to get over-charged, ripped off, conned, and stuck with a vehicle or features you didn’t want....and without some of the features or accessories we did want? it is like reporting to a criminal S and M parlor (or so we’ve been told, smiles smiles smiles)
many dealerships are on their way out. And the car manufacturers couldn’t be happier to get rid of these troublesome (and often corrupt) middlemen
my 2023 Chevy Spark has held up well
Biden and party are destroying everything America is based on socialism breeds Marxism that breeds Communism and they are working 24/7 to complete it by 2024.
It’s their last chance and it’s going to get nasty.
It’s going to be bad for a long time.

What does he think Global Warming was about?
Jeep knockoff made in India.
Not the one I am thinking of.
One I’ve seen looks more like a Willys style.
My 2017 Spark had zero issues for 5-1/2 years. But I got tired of being cut-off so often. Traded in for a 2022 Trax SUV wannabe, and lo and behold, no one cutting me off any more. It was $11K brand new off the new car lot, with trade in and credit card rewards.
Did you mean this?
my 2022 Fiat 500 has held up well also, best car I ever owned
I like this one. Next time I visit India, I will go kick tires.
Will their shareholders be happy? Sounds like the CEO of a widget factory when told he was losing $10 a widget. His response, "Don't worry, we'll make it up on volume."
US automakers will soon be asking for a bailout. In the meantime, their foreign competitors will fill the vacuum. I found it interesting that Nardelli said the average person held on to their cars 12.6 years. US automakers will lose a substantial share of the market for a long time.
“ Why do these auto CEOs go along with this crap. Tell the government to fuck off and make what sells.”
They would except they live in a fascist country. Do that, and they’re gone tomorrow, never to work in the industry again. You don’t tell a Fuehrer “no”.

Non-union shops prevail with these foreign automakers who have invested in American workers and productivity.

“ I’ll stick with Toyota.”
It’s the only car I’ll buy. Problem is, everyone’s coming to that conclusion…and they know it.
And the headquarters are located where.
Well said mate!👍
Idiot union workers. They’ll lose more money on strike than any increase they get in the next four years.
And in the long term, their jobs will be moved overseas again.
Slow Joe is under the fee simple ownership of the labor unions. He says exactly what they tell him to.
