I tried the knee on the neck at age 66. Still here, and had little trouble breathing. Slightly sore in that area the following day.

I don’t know, but it is effective. I didn’t want to move much. My youngest brother was a cop, and used the technique, but said he was instructed to place the knee on the shoulder blade, near the spine. But movement by either person probably cause slippage.
The globalists don’t want anybody but themselves to have even basic intelligence, therefore the constant media dumbdown barrage; which obviously effective. People are terrified to try it.
It didn’t affect my throat at all. And we breathe with our diaphram. A lot of pics that used to be on the web are removed. There was an angle that showed the cop with the knee on the inner left shoulder blade, but I couldn’t find it when looking before making this reply.
That angle showed Floyd had brought his right knee out to the side. It helps raise the right hip and give the diaphram more room to work.
I know I was about 20 years older than the deceased and have a scrawny neck. So there’s that for what its worth.

A PR-24 positioned a certain way can crank a violent perp down to the ground without putting a knee on the neck facilitating cuffing them at that point.
