She made a name for herself as a flapper in the 1920's, then starred in the '30's, during The Great Depression, in rags-to-riches stories of hard working young women finding love.

Basically all liberals are angry and bitter. Even the nice ones. They think the whole country has always been evil so of course.
But the best are vegetarians. Wan and pale and sickly looking. Very easy to spot. And you can thus bet they are liberals.
