His father, Ken Limper, initially brought his son to urgent care for back pain after Kyle played basketball before taking him to Jefferson Hospital.
“They told me in a couple of days, if he doesn’t get better, to bring him back. Well, in a couple of days he couldn’t even stand up,” the grieving dad said. “He couldn’t even get out of bed and I had to help him up and stand him up, then he fell right back down on the bed.”
Limper was eventually rushed to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, where doctors said the multi-sport athlete’s organs were shutting down from leukemia. Within 24 hours after he arrived at the hospital, he died.

My dad gave me that growing pains diagnosis when I was 10. I almost died. (My doctor told my school nurse that I was “the sickest child he ever saw that didn’t die”.) Osteomyelitis.
Six months flat on my back in a full body cast in the hospital. Then a lifetime of surgeries and other crap.
People need to listen to their kids, Covid or not. I never forgave him for basically calling me a liar. What kind of a father does that?

A sane society comforts grandma while assuring her they will do their best to save her grandchildren. The government denied us the right and ability to do either. They locked Grandma (and Grandpa) away from their children and grandchildren, punished and harmed the grandchildren, and prevented the financial providers of both generations the ability and means to support both.
A pox on all government officials who went along with such a plan! Don’t tell ME you were just following “recommendations”. I’ve heard that story and excuse before!

Oh my! That’s scary indeed. I’m glad you survived.
I had a distance relative (by marriage) at aged 11 who had leg pains after a normal baseball game. His parents also thought it was the normal pains of childhood, but took him to the doctor after it persisted for a week. They discovered it was leukemia after a barrage of tests. He lived another two years with treatment.
However, my sons often complained of pains and I took them to the doctor if it seemed serious. The diagnosis was always muscle-strain or over-exertion and both are healthy to this day. The exact same symptoms exist for the same—muscle strain and leukemia—when do you take the child to the doctor, and when do you tell them to take a hot shower? It’s hard to know.
But, forgive your dad. Forgiveness if only for yourself so you don’t carry that weight with you into the future. I suspect if you spoke to him seriously about it, he feels more guilt than you realize since he nearly lost his son because he dismissed your complaints.

They refused to get the jab and were fired within 90 days, lost their pensions, unemployable now. Last i heard Scully has an Only Fans page and Mulder lives in a trailer park in Roswell selling "authentic" alien memorabilia.
The China virus jab seems to be playing out like the bite of a viper, inject and then wait. There really ought to be some consequences for those who forced the jab onto all of us, the world.

And many (most?) of those people’s warnings were ignored and their research was dismissed as being a conspiracy theory or having already been “debunked” by the CDC and other public health officials.
Those that continue to ignore the fact that the vaccines have caused a lot of harm, especially to young men, are working to prevent parents from being aware and warned about the dangers of the vaccine to children. I’m not sure how they live with themselves knowing they are putting innocent children in harm’s way.

My son, a toddler, complained to me of intermittent pain in his thigh. He would even limp. There was no bruising and no confessed-to injury. So, after a while, I took him to the pediatrician. The doc examined the leg and asked some appropriate questions. Then, he looked over to me and mouthed, “I can’t find anything wrong.” After a minute or two, the exam ended and we went home. The son declared later that night, “Doctor XXX cured my leg. It doesn’t hurt anymore.” It never did.
Same son, eighth grade at the time, complained of a leg pain in a different place within his leg. The doc checked him out, then discussed a variety of issues with him (I was present), and then told us both that the son’s bones were growing faster than his ligaments, a condition called Osgood-Schlatter disease. He felt it wasn’t serious but said the only treatment was, and here the doc looked apologetic, was for the son to not be quite so athletic. He then went on to state, “That’s not going to happen.” It didn’t.
At present the kid is an active duty Special Forces.

Hubby and I did the same for two years beginning in mid-2020. We haven’t done so lately, but I credit the Ivermectin for the fact neither of us caught Covid (that we know—we have never been tested), and have remained healthy throughout the saga in which we were told we could drop dead at any minute if we didn’t mask and stay six feet from other people.
And yes, the gkids spend the night regularly during that time. They cuddled in our laps when they had a cold, they drank from our water bottle, ate ice cream from our bowls after they had finished their own, and wallowed all over us on the sofa as we ate popcorn and watched the Minion movies over and over again.
I would not trade the experiences with grandchildren for all the money in the world! And, I certainly did not allow government officials tell me I could not have and enjoy those times together.
