Multiple people were killed and dozens were injured in a shooting at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia, late Tuesday, according to police, the latest episode in a nationwide surge of gun violence. Around 10.15 pm ET, the Chesapeake Police Department responded to a complaint of a shooting at the Walmart on Sam’s Circle. Authorities discovered evidence of gunshots as soon as they arrived, Chesapeake police spokesman MPO Leo Kosinski said during a news conference,

There was a time here when not posting a pic when you mentioned her name would get you flamed. Ahhh things change.

I sometimes go to the Yahoo homepage and scroll down the hundreds of stories and skim the headlines. The Colorado club shooting has pretty much disappeared, and now the Walmart shooting is gone from the top of the page, and looks like it’s going down the memory hole. Of course they may pop back up, but looks like the two stories are not top of the page material anymore.
Guess they didn’t fit the narrative.

Makes you wonder if his promotion was affirmative action. Dr. Charles Murray has said that putting kids in Ivy League schools to achieve quotas often just sets them up for failure if they can’t cut it academically. They rarely graduate. They’re not being done a service. Maybe this young man was in over his head.

The one that REALLY doesn’t fit the narrative is the University of Virginia football team shooting where the perp is black and all five of the victims are also back. Four of the five victims were members of the football team and the fifth was an older black female.
