Columnist Dorothy Kilgallen was close to breaking that story. Then all of a sudden she dies of a “drug overdose”. Pretty darn convenient.
(Older folks might remember Kilgallen as a panelist on ‘What’s My Line?’.)
And then there's his speech in Berlin. "We don't have to build a wall to keep our people in" and "Let *them* come to Berlin" were very powerful words indeed.
And lastly,he proposed across the board tax cuts stating that they'd help the economy substantially because "a rising tide lifts all boats". No Rat Party hack would ever do that today.
