What gave the USA the authority to spray herbicides in other countries??

We shouldn’t have even paid for this. I wish out government would mind it’s own business.

It’s all part of the imperial presidency. No need to consult Congress or anything like that. And it’s not just a Democrat thing. Republican presidents do it too.

In the some cases, we just donated the equipment (helicopters) and let them spray their own herbicide.

Oh we usually got “permission”, all part of various “aid” programs. “Helping” the world with our awesome technology. Hell we’d advertise this stuff on TV, showing the citizens how totally cool they were cause their taxes were taking out pest plants so there’d be more bananas in our groceries.
