Time for the USA to get the heck out of NATO. Pronto.

Let the Euros fight their own wars.

Let me preface this by making it clear that this is not my opinion on these subjects (though I do agree with the first one about Russia not stopping until Ukraine is neutralized.)

As to the view expressed in the second one I must admit I have never thought about changes in Europe as a result of this Russia vs. NATO war.

But, I do think it is interesting to hear this perspective. If he is at all right about this it portends a very disturbing future for the U.S. It is going to make me watch carefully for any signs of NATO alliance disintegration.

But not one bit of concern about China taking over the world including USA, Africa, Pacific, Taiwan, Central America etc.

Why don’t we stop the absurd propaganda.

I’m not rewiring my brain to believe we need Russia for peace in Europe, when Russia has launched a full scale invasion in Europe.

Brains people, why don’t these articles discuss the imperative for RUSSIA to call off the attack that is threatening world peace.

Those who don’t study history are doomed to repeat it. Those who DO study history are doomed to stand by watching helplessly while everyone else repeats it.

Fact is that, over the last 100 years there has been no peace in Europe WITH Russia.

How did the world get along foodwise during the days of the USSR when the commies had enough on their hands feeding themselves? When did Ukraine become the foodbasket of humanity.

Good article. The EU is in a death struggle with Russia and the winner will advance either a globalist (NATO) or populist/nationalist (Russia) agenda. This is why Biden and his Republicans cohorts are sparing no expense to arm and finance the Ukraine.

It’s only Western countries demonizing Russia, second and third world countries are much more sympathetic towards Russia’s situation. Everyone knows what the US is up to, except those who have been propagandized by the Western media. China, India, Brazil, Mexico and the rest are still trading with Russia, the Saudis are now accepting yuon from China for oil. The bankrupt West is about to find out the US and NATO are not the be all and end all of things, and that other countries have their own interests which they intend to pursue.

The other day, South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa said “bystander countries” are suffering due to sanctions against Russia.

Lesson to learn for South Africa and the U.S.: don't become dependent on other countries.

It’s amazing how few people understand that this isn’t a Russia vs. Ukraine war. The United States of America (a.k.a. these days as The Deep State) deliberately instigated this military conflict to achieve their long stated goals to destabilize Russia and achieve “regime change.”

We bought Ukraine for this very purpose.

Unfortunately, for our incompetent leaders this attempt has been an entire failure, economically and militarily.

And now, Russia is going to take it to the logical conclusion. Russia vs. NATO....Russia wins.

Our present government is dragging us into a war that will destroy much of the civilized world.

A few people starve, the rest of the world...”tisk...tisk..so sorry”.

When a huge portion of the world is starving and destitute, “tisk tisk” doesn’t get it. Bad things happen in desperation.

The Sussmann trial is a very strong indication that our government is so corrupt that no one can prevent our destruction. Like an uncontrollable fire, it will have to burn itself out.

The court system will never solve our problems... Conservatives will win a few and lose many court cases, but the cases that count will take place in the DC district and those will be a replay of the Sussmann trial.

Putin isn’t kidding about using nukes. The dems and associate dems need this war to hide their illegal activities in the Ukraine. They will forfeit all your lives to keep their Ukrainian activities hidden.

There’s one sure way to break Russia. Works every time it’s been tried (Reagan and Trump). Develop American petroleum resources to drive down the price of oil. No one gets hurt.

Russia could disappear tomorrow and I doubt outside Ukraine that anyone would notice.

Except the world would be quiet. And it would smell better.

I can't believe that people on this board can't see that Putin's Russia is a dangerous and rogue state and a threat to us all. It seems to many people are sticking their heads in the sand. Russia needs to be stopped.

https://mailbd.net/news/podolyaka-explained-why-russia-is-not-mobilizing-8878/

Interesting perspective from a Ukrainian journalist and blogger living in Russia since 2014

Podolyaka explained why Russia is not mobilizing

The Ukrainian authorities announced their intention to call on 1 million reservists to resist Russian army. However, in Russia, general or partial mobilization has not yet been announced, although its economy is gradually being transferred to a war footing. A journalist and blogger voiced his opinion on this issue Yuriy Podolyaka.

Podolyaka: Russia moved to the plan in Ukraine “B”
The expert believes that in fact the Ukrainian army is just a “seed”. Something that should, by its actions, cause discontent within Russia. And the real war is waged by London and Washington. And you need to understand how they are trying to win it.

The main blow to Russia will be delivered from within. Moreover, every opportunity will be used to stir up the situation inside the country, perhaps by autumn or winter, the blogger believes.

“Precisely because the Russian leadership perfectly understands how they will try to “shake” Russia, and understands that the game goes on for a long time. And, of course, the war is not with Ukraine, but with the West <...> The Russian leadership is also preparing its country for long struggle,” Podolyaka explained.

In his opinion, now Russia has switched to plan “B” – long-term military operations, which in the autumn-winter of this year should largely solve the problems of the psychological breakdown of the population of Ukraine.

And before that, as a result of several operations, a psychological breakdown of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should be made. And thus achieved a complete and final victory over the current Kyiv regime. Accordingly, the defeat of Britain and the United States will be inflicted on the territory of Ukraine, but everything will not end there, the blogger believes.

If Russia now declares mobilization and throws all its forces into the destruction of the Kyiv regime, it can achieve only two things: heavy losses and a serious partisan movement, the journalist believes. Also, the country’s economy will be destroyed, which will significantly reduce the chances of winning the war with the collective West, he concluded.
