So out of nowhere last Wednesday I had the sweats followed by the chills. On Thursday the fever was gone - not that it was much, just 100.1 - to be replaced with a dry cough and extreme fatigue.
I tried to get tested. My doc referred me to a testing center that couldn't see me for a week. I checked out both CVS and Walgreens, but nothing anywhere near me for about a week. I finally ordered tests online, but they won't be here until Thursday.
I still have my senses of taste and smell. My only persistent symptom is a scratchy throat.
I've loaded up on vitamin D and zinc. I have been trying to get ivermectin for the past few weeks, just in case, but no go.
I think it is just about over. Any suggestions?
Sounds like exactly the symptoms I had.
Took me 43 days for Ivermectin from Mexico. Best to do tele-medicine with doc and see what they prescribe. I was given a z-pac and predniisone.
Keep that temp down.

Vitamin C, D3 and Zinc if you can get it. Relax for another day or two. Sleep if you can. That’ about it.
For me, prayer 🙏, chicken soups with a bit of black pepper and some salt / garlic salt, and a bit of salsa / spicy food to break up congestion. In moderation, of course.
Might try 0.6% povidone iodine nasal spray.

You can just dilute the 10% stuff, which is cheap.

I went to Tractor Supply and got Durvet ivermectin, but that avenue has been closed off.
It may still be available on line.
Oh and regular aspirin and some cough syrup
Keep up your C Zinc and D3
I had it during Christmas. I never had the extreme fatigue but had congestion, mostly in my ears and a slight cough that was not bad at all. Never went deep into my lungs. Had a low grade fever for 1 1/2 days. I felt better after about a week, but congestion lasted for another week. Am totally over it now. You should feel better in a few days. Are you taking your oxygen levels with an oximeter? That is the only thing that I kept an eye on.
Me too.

Single Malt.
No Ice.
or Cabo Wabo, if you’re so inclined.
We started our symptoms Jan. 5. Feels like a mild cold. I use Dr.Zalenko’s vitamins religiously. When I started symptoms, I added hydroxy I had in stock from Dr. Stella. My nose is still a little drippy, and my husband is feeling recovered. We had also bought a few rapid tests to have at home just in case, so we tested right away.
My suggestion is to get Dr. Z’s vitamins, store either hydroxy or ivermectin plus a couple of rapid tests for next time and get a negative test before you mix with people you like. Good luck to you!
Stay hydrated. Sleep when you can. At this point, I don’t see a reason to try to get tested. Avoid other people for 5 days. Something like that.
Seriesly, hope you are feeling better, soon.
Don’t buy any green bananas....................
Green tea extract and or quercetin as a zinc-ionosphere to get the zinc in the cells may help. Lots of reading material out there for natural ways to fight this crap sounds like your on the mend. Stay safe.
This is a political board. You might wish to be talking to a medical professional and following the expert’s advice. I do hope you get better soon and I hope you don’t get long haul Covid as many have gotten.
Some farm supply stores have Ivermectin paste (1.87% strength). Not sure you need it, and I’m never sure of the dosage, but I believe it’s helpful in the first 10 days or so. If my info is wrong, I imagine someone will come along and correct me.
