Licorice root breaks up congestion even candy works, just make sure its licorice root and NOT favoring , and I don’t care what anyone thinks, but hot cinnamon or chia tea with a shot of Fireball often got me a nap at least!

I experienced intense and persistent fatigue after most other symptoms waned. Credit Ivermectin for prolonging my life.
