I had it during Christmas. I never had the extreme fatigue but had congestion, mostly in my ears and a slight cough that was not bad at all. Never went deep into my lungs. Had a low grade fever for 1 1/2 days. I felt better after about a week, but congestion lasted for another week. Am totally over it now. You should feel better in a few days. Are you taking your oxygen levels with an oximeter? That is the only thing that I kept an eye on.
I got an oximeter about 5 years ago when I had a double PE. That was as a result of leg surgery done by an idiot. Haven't dropped below 90, most of the time around 95.
I also got a scanning thermometer. Got tired of waiting for the oral one. Took forever.
