The mandates are being pushed from multiple federal directions, in addition to states and private compaines. Military, Medicare Service, Contractors, OSHA (this is the one I think they are agreeing to take), day care facilities, and I figure some that haven’t been thought up yet.

I think they will split it and say that he has authority as executive over government workers but not over private citizens. On a really good and honest day they would throw the mandates out entirely but I suspect they are product of the beltway and regardless of political leanings have bought into the Covid hysteria.

Someone needs to present the case that there is NO authorization / enumeration in the Constitution for a national healthcare mandate. As such, the 10th amendment applies. Mandates must come from the states.
