This sounds like a scam to me. And Iāll tell you why. The same sort of thing happened to me. Back in the summer of 2020 I got an email from some guy named Biden. And he promised to āBuild Back Betterā.
I wasnāt quite sure what he was planning to build back better, but it sounded good. So I sent this Biden guy a coupon for a free tire alignment, just to help out.
So far, nothing. Nothing around me has been built back better. I think I was swindled, and I want my coupon back.

I always get a laugh when with a thick Indian accent they say their real name is Robert Chapman or something else American.
This reminds my of something, it was from some obscure Treasury department official, they got the guy’s weird name right but misspelled his position.
