Two teens in Rochester, New York set a 53-year-old mentally ill man on fire

I've lived in Roch (suburb) since 1964 - the year of the riots. It was once a beautiful, vibrant, welcoming city.
But as the city's new residents (i.e. "teens") moved in, the city has slowly turned into a giant cesspool.
Two local malls have closed in the last few years because of the "teens." And the crime rate - unbelievable.
It's been very painful to watch.
