Years ago, I remember a time when Gates and MS were pushing hard to go after people that were pirating his software. Law Enforcement became the enforcer (more like stooge) so that Gates get’s his $100 - 300 per OS sale, which he was installing on machines for $1 originally. A lot of kids got in big trouble with the law back then. Of course he stole the idea of a GUI OS, bundled his browser to run Netscape off the market (essentially dumping), stole the .net framework from Borland by hiring their engineers...
