This is about wanting to leave bags of garbage on the lawn. That’s is not the same as a joke about masks.
Regardless, this shows that the USA is already a fascist state. The cop said very clearly that facebook posts are monitored. In other words, facebook examines every word that you post and then alerts the police, or the thought police.
I know the Constitution forbids this, but here’s how they get around it. Private companies do it with the permission and support of the government. So they can claim that what they’re doing isn’t illegal. In reality, the government IS doing it, by proxy.
They have our name and address. That can come from the internet service provider. Apparently, this information can be obtained in a few minutes.
It would be nice if they would use this capability to catch terrorists. But the jihadi type terrorists are NOT what they want to catch. In fact, they will allow them to commit acts of terror. It’s those eeeeevvvvilll Gasden flag people they want!

According to Contreras, Palm Beach County is trying to send citizens who can’t wear masks due to medical exemptions into a parking garage basement while County Commission meetings take place. Local press reporting confirms that mask-exempt citizens who want to speak at meetings will be sent to a separate building beneath a parking garage, instead of being able to address their leaders directly. When a man on Facebook joked about dumping garbage onto a County Administrator’s lawn, Contreras replied with the retort, “thousands of Mask(s).” This was enough to get the sheriff’s office to show up to her house, with the officer making clear that such Facebook posts are monitored in this day and age. Contreras’ children are aged 11, 3, and 1.
“No matter what a person’s political beliefs are, I do not believe anyone deserves to be bullied by our local government officials. We should not be intimidated by law enforcement. What happened at my house was clearly political intimidation,” Angelique Contreras, who hails from a family of patriotic Cuban refugees, told journalist Patrick Howley. “I know what Communism is and we have been living in it for the past year.”
Contreras replied to a friend’s joke, stating that they could leave “thousands of Mask” on a county commissioner’s lawn. Contreras said the post could be interpreted to mean leaving masks on public property where county government meetings take place.
“As a United States citizen I do have the right to peacefully protest on any public property and I don’t understand why I was chosen to be intimidated and harassed for my posts,” Contreras said. “In regards to my situation, I want to know who’s watching my Facebook page, who is the unknown citizen who was on my property and the officer’s dereliction of duty, and who gave the order.”
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn said that, if people were prepared to fight back, and it wouldn’t take many to start a reaction, then they would soon run out of cops prepared to do the dirty work.

This had zero urgency. It wasn’t a ticking bomb or a murder or kidnap plot. In truth it was a joke. It was -at best-, a conspiracy to litter.

I have developed a simple solution to the masking problem in America and offer my solution for your most serious consideration.
Because of the way nearly everyone, untrained in the effective use of personal protective equipment, selects, applies/seals, wears and maintains a mask, and due to the physical impossibility of nearly every available mask material to capture and control an infinitesimally small virus renders the mask completely ineffective in "slowing the spread of the virus" -- any virus -- I suggest we replace the mask with another of myriad talismans to ward off the Chinese evil covid spirit. A charm or amulet (perhaps containing a powerful symbol or a mystical jewel or monkey bones or another secular religious icon which could be blessed by a local shaman or perhaps a Druid priest for an enhanced level of imagined protection) could be worn conveniently around the neck. Although admittedly not providing the purely psychological relief so very many irrationally-frightened-senseless American "men" and women still require after a year of paralyzing fear of a disease with a 99.9+ percent recovery rate to resume some semblance of normal life, these alternate talismans would provide precisely the same level of virus transmission control afforded by the mask talisman.
Additionally, without the powerful persistent visual reminder of fear, desperation, distrust and anger the mask talisman creates and which has slowed our personal, social and economic recovery to a crawl, these alternate talismans would advance the recovery of our American standard of living to something more akin to a "normal" recovery period following an annual respiratory viral outbreak. This idea would also provide a potentially lucrative business opportunity for investors and businesses to provide an array of talisman products not limited to just the mask talisman ... perhaps even products that would appeal to children in a non-threatening way to reduce the psychological damage caused by the dehumanizing mask our children are forced to wear by their frightened parents which causes unnecessary fear and which retards children's physical and social development skills essential to developing into optimistic and confident adulthood.
My point is that a talisman is a talisman is a talisman, be it a mask, a bead, an amulet, a symbol or, perhaps, even a garlic clove. As none of these talismans have, from a non-politically biased scientific perspective, absolutely no effect on stopping transmission of a virus as the results of a year of forced masking clearly show, why not use a talisman that does not cause physical or psychological harm to individuals -- especially to American children who have already suffered the loss of a year of their childhood as a result of the deliberate actions of politicians, unelected bureaucrats and so many politically-compromised "medical experts" -- and a talisman which does not further damage our fragile society and which does not further crush our economy?
Please note that my idea does not conflict with the incessant mindless mantras we have been subjected to for the past year: "We have a responsibility to each other"; "We're all in this together"; and, the most irritating of all, "Better safe than sorry."
The cop knew it was a joke and the official who sent him knew it was a joke.
This late night visit was an attempt to intimidate in retaliation for her being outspoken at a meeting.
Whoever made the decision to send the cop should be disciplined.

The police refused reveal the identity of the woman with them who they admitted was a civilian. They tried to deny the woman was on her property even though she has the woman on video on her property. I’d like to know who the woman was. Are they having Karens do ride alongs as they intimidate people for making social media posts? They also refused her request for the shift sergeant. All the officers and the Karen need to answer for this.
