Former presidential candidate and Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard slammed a ‘domestic terror’ bill proposed by Adam Schiff, saying it would target “half of the country,” and called on President Biden to denounce such efforts.
The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021 was introduced in the House last week following mostly peaceful protests in the U.S. Capitol that got out of control.
Democrats, in response to the rioting that took place, are seeking to expand the definition of domestic terrorism, according to Real Clear Politics.
Gabbard (HI), in an interview with Fox News Primetime with host Brian Kilmeade, called the bill “so dangerous” and noted it would mostly be targeting a certain group of people.
The legislation would create “a very dangerous undermining of our civil liberties, our freedoms in our Constitution, and a targeting of almost half of the country,” she warned.
“You start looking at obviously, have to be a white person, obviously likely male, libertarians, anyone who loves freedom, liberty, maybe has an American flag outside their house, or people who, you know, attended a Trump rally,” Gabbard said.

I think Tulsi is positioning herself to be VP when Biden is kicked to the curb.
Tulsi has had her brief moment and is without influence. She never really had any inherent worth and could never be trusted by decent people. She voted for impeachment and for all of the vile leftist agenda.

I don't see that. Her statement about "domestic terrorism" is so out of step they would never pick her. Maybe she is angling for a Fox News gig? Maybe she already has the Fox News gig?
The left wants their civil war, concentration camps, and totalitarian rule.
They won’t denounce it.
She is definitely talking the talk..
I would dare say she has more support amongst Trump supporters now than with Democrats.
There are times I like her. And then realize why I don’t.

Other than cornering herself in a Deep Blue state, it’s hard to see what results from this. She may easily be primaried, or lose her seat if she switches to Republican.
No way. She hates Heels Up Harris. She is pro American even if she holds liberal policy positions. Pres. Trump also governed in some ways as a liberal, running up the debt to achieve a more immediate positive result elsewhere . Were Pres. Trump to go third party Gabbard is the kind of Dem I could see him reaching out to. A Kristi Noem Tulsa Gabbard ticket would IMO be a very interesting combination.
I don't trust her as far as I can throw her and I don't think she actually believes anything she comes out with.
