According to Joe Biden’s plan in order to register a firearm, you have to fill out a complicated 13-page application form and include a $200 gun tax for each firearm you own.
Your fingerprints and a photograph of yourself will be required on the form.
This will be a difficult program to enact for the Biden regime. In 2020 a record number of Americans bought guns. According to the National Shooting Sports Foundation 8.4 million people bought a gun for the first time in 2020.

If he get his way, this will be the end of personal ownership.

The harder these fools push for more gun control, the harder the Supreme Court is going to slap them back to reality. With any luck, they’ll push the envelop so far that SCOTUS invalidates part or all of the NFA, the GCA, and FOPA.
End all registration. Destroy all records.

They had an awesome attempt in canaDUH one time to register guns. IIRC.
It is unconstitutional to impose a fee/tax, which is also a standard of wealth, on a person in order to exercise a constitutional right.
It’s really no different than a poll tax.

Tax proposals should not come from the executive branch anyway, not that it will stop this lawless bunch.

I've ben here 20 years, and I saw the light on GWB the first week, and totally gave up after 9/11. You may be a little., uh., behind, twink, but one day you'll see. Just like with duh-bya. Who we now know as a nice guy, but a stupid weak fool.
My point is that Donald Trump could have been the best President ever, or at least the last 150 years. But he had some major failings (too late in the game, judgment, knowledge) and handicaps (family, advisors, the media, and republicans) that cost him. And most importantly US. We couldn't fail, and we did, and now we are going to see troubles we didn't think possible. with almost the entire world standing by, ready to strike when the cold civil war becomes hot.
Libs are stupid. Even if this passes, you have to actually go out and enforce it. There aren’t enough federal police to do it. Local police and sheriff departments won’t enforce it (except Dems and probably not even then).
The problem with non compliance is, once you start to do it in one area, it becomes easier to do it in others.
