The military has to know what's going on... At least I hope to God they're smart enough to have seen what was going on...

Obama was really questionable, but people could kind of understand why stupid people voted for him.

I wouldn’t want the military to decide who is, or is not, a fraudulent president. That’s the sort of thinking that got the Romans in trouble.

Like it or not, our best hope is with the courts. Or maybe with a Convention of States. No active general should be involved these decisions.

This very question has been troubling me for some time.
There is no question or doubt that this election was fraudulent and unConstitutional, and a Harris/Biden administration will be flagrantly illegitimate. Will our military follow the orders of an illegitimate communist puppet regime to violate the Constitutional rights of and murder the very citizens who support and honor them?
Cuz that’s where this is heading.

Well said. A guy I know served on the Secret Service protection detail. He loved Ronald Reagan. He hated Hillary Clinton. He served them both equally well. It cannot be any other way.
The presidential election was a series of state elections. The place to stop the fraud was first and foremost at the state level. That is where we need to concentrate our efforts over the next four years. It should be doable - Republicans control the legislatures in most of the states that caused the problems. The Republican leadership in those states failed their citizens and failed America. They were variously weak, dummies, RINOs, purchased or compromised.... But if we are gong to remain one federal nation (a valid question IMO), the reform work needs to happen at the state level. Expecting Congress or the federal courts to help solve this is unrealistic.
The top brass is almost all Obama hand-picked. Do the math.
We know this because just a few short years ago, they were ok with a usurper. Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Soebarkah...a non nautural born Citizen, which our Constitution mandates our Commander in Chief be.
So if our Constitution can be shredded to instill a president the military follows dutifully...then it's no problem when laws are shredded to install a new usurper.
I expect Congress to actively hinder what you propose.
A professional military is loyal to whoever pays them. That is one reason why the Founders preferred a militia and did not wish the Federal government to have a monopoly on lethal force.
It is different. I started out enlisted in 1971 then got a degree and became an officer/flyer in 1978. I still work with some really great USAF individuals. Just sayin....
He could have resigned instead of serving under clinton. He had a choice, and he choose to continue to serve under his own free will.
No one in the military wants to be the first to step out of line. Ditto law enforcement.
Biden admin would finish the job Obama started with the military.

Generally speaking the rank and file would follow orders abet begrudgingly as long as they were legal and within the law. Now for the upper structure there are Bammy holdovers that never got purged. Once one receives a twinkler nod it gets into the club system. Most are extreme boot lickers at that level and will do what it takes to keep that paycheck rolling unless they have landed that military industrial complex position.
All said the military is still relatively conservative as a whole but there will always be those who undermine the system. Would they stand with Trump? Most would. Will they stand with ByDone? Well see the first sentence of this post.
