The presidential election was a series of state elections. The place to stop the fraud was first and foremost at the state level. That is where we need to concentrate our efforts over the next four years. It should be doable - Republicans control the legislatures in most of the states that caused the problems. The Republican leadership in those states failed their citizens and failed America. They were variously weak, dummies, RINOs, purchased or compromised.... But if we are gong to remain one federal nation (a valid question IMO), the reform work needs to happen at the state level. Expecting Congress or the federal courts to help solve this is unrealistic.
I expect Congress to actively hinder what you propose.
