The Courts Will Likely Overturn the Election Results In Numerous Jurisdictions Due to Voter Fraud – In the Data Is Where the Amount of Election Fraud Can Be Quantified and Estimated
Gateway Pundit ^ | 11/17/2020 | Joe Hoft

Voter fraud occurred across the board in the 2020 election and in every functional area. But in the data is where we’re able to locate and quantify or estimate much of the amount of election fraud which occurred in the 2020 election.

The 2020 election steal occurred in all areas. Before the election votes were mass-mailed and many of these votes we now are finding were illegitimate (i.e. dead people voting, etc…). Many other illegitimate votes came in after the election as those involved in the theft hurried to get enough votes counted to steal the election. Then the vote counting process was manipulated and against the law as Republican vote counting observers were not allowed to observe the process. The courts will and should overturn the results of the election connected to this voter fraud.

But ultimately we can quantify the steal in the data reported from the system. All the corruption in the election with ballots and the process surrounding that are a distraction per one former Law Enforcement Officer on Twitter:

All the dirty voter rolls, mysterious midnight dumps and sharpie claims, are nothing but a distraction, as well is the counting room lockouts, all deliberate distractions to draw attention to a dead end road.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

These corrupt voter fraud activities should be investigated and the criminals involved be held accountable for their voter fraud actions. In addition, the election fraud most likely can be found in the system because we know that the voting machines are not ‘air-gapped’ but are connected to the Internet:

First thing they debunked right off the bat was the dishonest belief that our voter system is an air-gapped secure voting system. True enough the actual point of the original vote in any state system is air-gapped.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

The tabulation systems are not air-gapped and this is where the major fraud occurred:

The tabulation systems are not air-gapped, this isn’t a secret it’s just not ever talked about, because they always direct you to the voting machine itself.

— Roscoe B Davis🎖⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@RoscoeBDavis1) November 8, 2020

The election steal took place in the system and on November 7th some people already suspected this was being managed overseas in Spain and Germany:

In the data is where the the steal may best be identified. The voter fraud and millions of cases of voter abuse and vote counting abuse are very important and likely disqualify the results of the election. But another key to the steal was in the data.

We have already identified some patterns of abuse and blocks of votes that were illegal. There’s more to come.

No doubt the election was stolen. No doubt there is more than enough evidence. No doubt the deepstate judges will discount the evidence. The Left is probably focussing on the SC justices who will likely vote in Trump’s favor. God knows what evil tactics they’re employing.

We control more state delegations in the House than the
Dems - 26 and possibly more depending upon the remaining contested seats. The problem is, one of the 26 is Wyoming where Liz Cheney is the vote, and she is pretty swampy. I would feel a lot better having 27 or 28 just to be safe.

You may well be right. When there are tough decisions to be made people usually start looking for ways to pass off the risk and responsibility to someone else.

That’s how many of those people got to their positions in the first place. They know how to bob and weave.

You can be sure that Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Roberts are votes to install Biden. That’s a lock. The question is whether they can peel off Kavanaugh or Gorsuch, they only need one and Trump is done. My bet is yes, they can and will.

But Biden’s threat to pack the Court would seem to weigh on the minds of some of the justices right about now.

That is an excellent observation.

False hope

Concentrate on actual Constitutional Law.

State law requires this.
You did that.
Your Supreme COurt said this

Case law says that.

Etc.

The courts would have to see that the votes were tainted enough to change the results, and that is born out by the fact that the swing states stopped counting ballots for no legitimate reason.

One thing Roberts at least does seem to care about is protecting the institution of the Supreme Court. Hopefully he takes the left's vote packing threats seriously.

Not to mention letting obvious fraud stand would destroy the court's legitimacy in the eyes of half the country.

A club is not so exclusive and prestigious if there are 20 members compared to 9 :)

I hope they are thinking about that too.

And I hope Alito is still mad that they didn’t listen to the SC order in philly the first time around

“If that happens..my understanding is we win...we control more state houses than the Dems.”

This entire election fiasco ultimately comes down to our side underestimating the resolve and sheer evil of our opponents. While I believe that the Supreme Court would have to agree with all of the Trump teams points on the merits, I doubt they would be willing to take any action that could be viewed as “overturning an election”.

If the election is thrown to the House Trump will win if he indeed has the support of the Republican party behind him. Of course if Trump really had the Republican party behind him this all could have been settled on November 4th. We need to let all of our elected representatives know that they damn well better support him, because there are already violent threats being made against legislators from the other side.

Marching in the streets of DC is great, but there need to be marches in front of every state house and in the offices of every single state legislator and House representative.

If Barr would send a letter to each Governor saying, we have the evidence and will be filling charges once the votes have been certified.

You’d see some amazing media coverage of governors spearheading their own statewide fraud investigation. They would start hiding the evidence by elemenating the fraudulent votes. Or they would simply toss the hot potato into the hands of good controlled state legislators.

I see this in the work place all the time. Boss comes out and says we have a problem and declares the head will roll. After that, those with most guilt start finding ways to be the ones who found the causes and solutions without being able to find the culprits.

Seriously, if they have any real evidence, the only why to avoid criminal charges would be to fix the results before certification and eliminate any claim of being harmed by the fraud.

If Trump claims voter fraud in Pennsylvania harmed him, that claim loses credibility If actual is declared the winner in Pennsylvania.

Yup. The nutless wonders would rather get cucked than risk being disliked the very people who already don't like them, and never will.

Right, it would be tantamount to the Court condoning a lack of transparency in the republic. Devastating position that would completely de-legitimize the Court IMO.

But it IS a very political body so who knows?
