The corrupt news media monolith of disinformation is simply reporting today that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ordered a “hand recount” of ballots in the presidential contest this morning. But watch this clip of his announcement with the sound on and listen carefully to what he actually says:
“With the margin being so close, it will require a full, by-hand recount in each county. This will help build confidence, it will be an audit, a recount, and a re-canvass all at once.”
That last part is crucial, because a simple recount would make no effort to ensure that ballots were properly and legally cast. It would simply segregate the paper ballots between the candidate by hand, and then feed them through the same tabulating machines and suspect software used in the first place.
An audit and re-canvass go much further. These will involve, for example, matching signatures on mail-in ballots to those on voter registration applications. They will involve ensuring that the person supposedly casting a vote was actually alive at the time it was cast, and actually lived in the state of Georgia.
This make what was ordered in Georgia today completely different from the hand-recount already ordered in Michigan, since the Michigan process will not involve a re-canvass or full audit of the ballots. Thus, the order in Michigan is very unlikely to change the outcome in and of itself. But what was ordered in Georgia today is a very big deal.

This will pick up systemic issues, but if a dead voter is identified, or a signature doesn’t match, they won’t be able to tell which ballot is was.
Secondly, I’d guess the dems already have the fix in on this.

But once the inner ballot is separated from the outer envelope, there is no way to know which ballot is which, or any means to adjust the totals accordingly.

With Biden leading by 14,000 votes at this time, how possible is it for the hand recount to discover enough illegal Biden votes to overturn that lead?

IF the votes were changed once they were in the system, i.e. the data collection box, then a recount would find this out correct?
Before the recount 10,000 votes are submitted. 7500 go to Trump and 2500 to Biden, but at some point the software algorithm kicks in and the vote totals are reversed.
Ok, if they do a recount, and the software algorithm doesn’t kick in, then we should get an honest recount.

That’s a lie.
It is not possible to do that now.
If Georgia has nothing but naked ballots, then an audit can still show some votes were cast fraudulently, but not if Biden is the one who got the fraudulent votes. So the audit can't say, "Trump wins Georgia", but it can say, "vote counts are fraudulent". Then after that it'd be up to the state legislature to determine who gets the Georgia EC votes.

How To Find A Million Fraudulent Biden Ballots (no watermark required)!
(1) Identify ballots with sole vote cast for Biden
(2) Identify the state representative (not Congress, state = small districts) for the precinct.
(3) Verify that the state representative candidates on the ballot match the state representatives that should be on ballots in the precinct.
(4) Disqualify as fraudulent any ballots where the state representative candidates and the precinct do not match.
(5) Trump/Pence is re-elected.
