CNN has confirmed the obvious: the globalist elite never intend to return to normal and plan to make the Draconian measures implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic permanent.
CNN senior International correspondent Nick Paton Walsh wrote the article giving away the plot. The world will be forever changed because of COVID-19, a.k.a. the China plague, and freedom will never return.
“We are slowly learning if this year’s changes are permanent. If work — for the lucky among us — will remain from home. If we will visit the grocery store less but spend more. If we will find wearing a mask on the metro to be just part of life. If shaking hands and embracing will become less common,” Walsh wrote.
He wrote that anyone who doesn’t accept that these changes must be permanent and for the greater good is mentally ill...

I don’t wear a mask anywhere at any time. I also congratulate everyone else who doesn’t when I encounter them.
I will not tolerate that guinea prick Cuomo or that other dago Dr. Fauci telling me what the rules are. I am a sovereign citizen, not a subject

But the mask itself can be a vehicle of protest, which no one seems to be availing themselves of, at least in my neck of the woods.
To me, there are five basic types of masks, in terms of style, not quality:
1) Paper, disposable masks. I can understand why someone wants to take a new mask out of a box each day versus using a dirty mask.
2) Something plain, a la your basic black mask. Like basic black dress shoes, a suit, purse, or briefcase, you can never go wrong with basic black, I guess.
3) Vanity or cutesy masks, such as ones with the local HS sports mascot on them, polka dot masks, masks that match an outfit or earrings, etc. I have no respect for anyone who wears these types of masks. They just scream, “I love wearing a mask and want the world to know.”
4) Pseudo protest or statement masks, such as ones that say Trump, MAGA, have the flag on them, or something like “Jesus Loves You.” My friend wears a Jesus-themed mask because she thinks she is saying she supports Trump and is anti-mask. To me, she is just saying, “Jesus wants us to wear masks, and it is the Christian thing to do” or at least, that is how I think many interpret it. Even people who wear a Trump mask can’t be sure others aren’t interpreting them to be saying, “Trump has said wearing masks are a good idea, so I’m doing it,” or something like that, because Trump has not exactly been anti-mask.
5) True protests masks. Masks that say “Plandemic” or “Impeach Cuomo,” etc. The position of the mask wearer is clear.
Imagine if a third of the people you saw wore Type 5. That might begin to get people to think differently.
Type 5 requires only a marker and a paper mask, if you think about it. It is probably better than wearing one that has been bought. Other people can copy you easily and don’t have to figure out where online to go to order a mask.
You have a lot of family in SI. Have you guys ever talked about wearing such masks?

It is going to take more than group passive resistance by taking the fines or harassment. The Left will happily oppress us and gradually exclude us from jobs, travel, what we can eat, etc. It is going to take violent resistance and make the tyrants fear us. If we don't do that, we will be slowly eliminated from polite society and then taken away for reeducation and what follows.

The world survived these infections, and none of these permanently changed our lifestyles.
I think what we have to fight is the unspoken assumption that this over-reach is actually all about the undeclared climate emergency that they believe we must fight at all costs, and so the globalists seem to have signalled to one another that nudge nudge wink wink the lockdown will just continue, not because Grandpa has a sniffle, but because polar bears now have to swim that extra half mile to catch a seal (which they do).
At some later point they might feel emboldened enough to declare that the ongoing measures are now for the climate emergency, seamless transition, weren’t we clever, etc?
If the majority don’t agree, then I think it’s time to sharpen the political sword (make a more open declaration of defiance) and up the game to include the prospect of counter-revolution with all that it implies.

Then we need leaders in each city or state.
Someone to step forward and take charge.
Trump can only do so much and he will still have to step down in 4 years.
I’m not a leader but I’ll certainly follow a good leader into battle.
I have NOT worn a mask at ANY grocery store to date in Tennessee, even with mask mandates in place everywhere. TWO counties in East TN let their mandates expire today.
There are red masks with the hammer and sickle on them available on line. Appropriate for this situation...
Things will go back to normal once there is a vaccine in place.
