Many voters in Texas Democratic primary on Super Tuesday had to endure long lines to cast their ballots. But in TExas one Democrat almost broke the record. A Texas man waited nearly seven hours to cast his Super Tuesday vote, then left to work his late shift at 1:30 a.m. He had no complaints.
It felt good, Hervis Rogers told the Houston Chronicle Tuesday night.
Rogers was the last voter to cast a ballot at that primary spot and he did so after the AP reported Joe Biden had already edged out Bernie Sanders in the Lone Star state. The former vice president got just over 34% of the vote and captured 70 delegates. Sanders finished with 30% of the vote and 60 delegates. President Trump will be the Republican candidate on the 2020 ballot in Texas.
This is what we heard from the liberals and the mainstream media.
Hervis Rogers received media attention for allegedly waiting seven hours to vote in the Texas Democrat primary.

Public records indicate hes not eligible to vote under Texas laws. The mainstream media didnt bother to report this.
The Texan reported that state records indicate Hervis Rogers is not eligible to vote under Texas law.
According to records from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Rogers is on parole for a 1995 second degree felony offense conviction for burglary.
Under Texas Election Law, (Sec. 11.002) convicted felons are not eligible to vote until the convicted has fully discharged the persons sentence, including any term of incarceration, parole, or supervision, or completed a period of probation ordered by any court.
Rogers parole does not end until June 13, 2020, but he had a Harris County voter registration card when he arrived at the TSU campus polling location Tuesday evening. Rogers says he got in line before 7 p.m. but did not cast his ballot until 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Although the Harris County Clerks office administers elections, the responsibility for verification of eligible voter registrations falls on the office of Ann Harris Bennett (D), the countys Tax Assessor-Collector & Voter Registrar.
Please share this article wherever you can. It is the only way we can work around their censorship and ensure people receive news about issues that Democrats and the mainstream media suppress.
So he gets to vote again in November, too.
Democrats are simply incompetent and corrupt. They cannot be trusted to run any voting sites. Look at Broward county, Iowa caucus and now this. In California, they routinely produce new votes after they lose an election, stealing the election.
At least you have someone checking DL’s in Texas. Here in CO its all mail in, all fraud prone.
Smells like a parole violation to me!! LOCK HIM UP!!!!
I wonder if this guy (illegally) voted at the U of H campus location.
They kept showing the lines, on the news, the night of Super Tuesday.
I told hubby that they were likely trying to gin up more votes for Biden.
Keep the polls open until Creepy Joe wins!!
I also saw, at my voting location, MULTIPLE dem voters holding the same print out paper/voting guide.
I wonder who sent those out. (I’ve used a voting guide, before, but I’ve NEVER seen MULTIPLE people with the same, exact guide. Just found it odd. Like maybe a special bonus was attached, for printing out....sort of kidding.)
So, does Hervis’ illegal vote get subtrated? I’m sure there were hundreds of Hervis’, all across the Lone Star state.
:(
Answer: Harris County .... one of Texas three major Progressive Ghettos.
Laws are for Republicans, not Democrats.................
Rogers parole does not end until June 13, 2020...
What evidence is there of this?
Austin local news is crying all over this. ..
Now the story is it’s because of discrimination to brown and black people of color. ....we are told that they had to wait in line too long. ..therefore racist. ....
Just drop the damn bomb now. ...can’t take it anymore. ...
WTF am I supposed to do, cry about it?
btt
I vote in Fort Bend County. They checked licences, and the two dem women in front of me had to fill out change of address forms before they could vote. The middle-aged ladies who ran my voting location seemed to take their jobs seriously.
on parole for a 1995 second degree felony offense conviction for burglary.
He got his voter registration card in the mail. He probably never read the small print about completing his parole before voting. This is similar to the thousands or millions of illegals in CA who get voter registration cards when they get a CA drivers license. They will plead ignorance if they ever get caught voting.
Voters are entitled to know on election night who the winners are. Not knowing plays into the hands of guess who?
In many states, if you are eligible to vote in November, then you are eligible to vote in the primary. Under that set of rules, he may be a legal voter. Note: I’m too lazy to research TX law, but in the People’s Republic of Maryland he would be legal.
Ditto in Wa state. You get a voter card when you get your DL license. No question of citizenship. Then when you vote, you sign your mailer ballot that you are a US citizen. But no one has been caught for false affidavit.
And how many thousands, or tens of thousands of people in Texas, who are ineligible to vote did so successfully quietly, not drawing attention to themselves, and will do it again in November?
Now multiply that X 55 (the states plus the territories that get to vote for President).
THIS is why I worry about the election. Not whatever lunatic the Democrats nominate.
