Abby and Brittany Hensel, 29, are one of only 12 sets of conjoined twins in the world and are fused together at the torso, with each controlling one side of their body.
Each twin controls one arm and one leg. As infants, learning to crawl, walk, and clap required cooperation. They can eat and write separately and simultaneously. Activities such as running, swimming, hair brushing and driving a car require coordinated action

Excellent. You can see that their parents made the right decision. What a success for everyone. I would think the one on the left would have a painful neck all the time. The other one can hold her head straight. I’m sorry - I didn’t catch their names as to who was who when I watched the videos...I remember seeing them when they were much younger so thanks for finding and posting this.
It’s really interesting also to see that they have the same thoughts and will speak at the same time the same words.

Interesting point. Best wishes for good health and happiness to these women for sure, though your point reminds me of a Phil Hendrie short bit of his telephone “interview” (he does all the voices) with conjoined twins Frank and Al Cordover, one of who is gay. Hilarious!
They have one reproductive system, two breasts, and presumably are fertile and can have children.
So far they are not married, as far as I can tell from the available documentation.

I don't know about that - one of my heads always seems to sabotage the other.
That’s probably why they’re not married yet. With one set of “lady parts” down below, having two husbands would get tricky.
OTOH, if only one husband, who does he kiss first, and what if only one of the girls reaches orgasm — does he switch over to the other for extra attention?
Although presumably the girls have figured out how that works, for themselves already.
As a male, that setup presents more opportunities for confusion than I can imagine.

But only one small intestine and colon
They have ample gall bladders ...two
They had an arm between their heads but was removed in infancy
