That’s probably why they’re not married yet. With one set of “lady parts” down below, having two husbands would get tricky.
OTOH, if only one husband, who does he kiss first, and what if only one of the girls reaches orgasm — does he switch over to the other for extra attention?
Although presumably the girls have figured out how that works, for themselves already.
