According to Wikipedia https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abby_and_Brittany_Hensel , they actually have many separate organs, for example stomachs, which have the usual cross-over nervous system connections.

They have one reproductive system, two breasts, and presumably are fertile and can have children.

So far they are not married, as far as I can tell from the available documentation.

I know I read it in detail before I posted

Unlike most posters I usually read articles and brief myself first

Which makes me obnoxious of course to the 90% of freeperdom which resolutely refuses to read the article

The only two major distinct organs are heart and brain

They have three lungs so one is shared

Three kidneys as well

One liver

And so forth

I was wrong in one respect.....they have two stomachs

But only one small intestine and colon

They have ample gall bladders ...two

They had an arm between their heads but was removed in infancy

It’s amazing no question

I wish them the best
