The Dems are demanding the full copy of the Mueller Report as they feel it will help them to impeach the president. It looks like they are desperate and hoping the redacted material will give them what they need. But Rep Nadler claims that The Mueller Report as it is already is leading Dems to believe that Trump obstructed justice. They just need to get the full report to verify the evidence.
Nadler appeared on NBC’s Meet The Press with Chuck Todd, where he admitted that he feels part of the report if proven would lead to Trump’s impeachment.
Todd: “Whether you think it is distasteful or not a political motivation, meaning the president concerned about his political standing, may not be an illegal reasoning behind having concern about this case.
“What Mueller says and this is one of the places where Barr deliberately mislead the American people.
‘What Mueller says is that although a thorough investigation FBI investigation might very well show evidence of obstruction of justice by the president, we are not going to do that. Because of the Department Of Justice legal opinion that a sitting president cannot be indicted. It would be unfair to lay out the facts justifying an indictment without giving the president the opportunity and a trial to clear his name. Because of that legal indictment, we are going to charge him of obstruction… “There is plenty of evidence of obstruction, and they say in so many words that if we pursue this we would put ourselves in an impossible position. Because we would then have to charge the president of a crime which the Justice Department won’t permit us to do.”
“The key here is that Barr clearly misled the American people both on obstruction of justice where there’s plenty of evidence that there was obstruction, laid out in the report.”
Todd then asked a question that cut through all the crap. “You have all of this case of obstruction presented in Mueller report as you state. some might ask why haven’t you start — why haven’t you opened an impeachment inquiry or, in fairness, is that what you’re doing right now?”
“I don’t think we’re doing that. We may get to that. We may not. As I said before, it is our job to go through all the evidence — all the information we can get.” Nadler replied
Todd later asked, “Do you think this is impeachable?”
Nadler said, “Yeah, I do. I do think if proven, if proven which hasn’t been yet, some of this would be impeachable, yes. Obstruction of justice if proven would be impeachable.”
Todd in interjected, “And you’re going to go about to see if you can prove it?”
Nadler said, “We’re going to see where the facts lead us.”

There are a lot of ifs here. This is proof that the Dems currently have nothing. If they did Nadler would have already started the process of trying to impeach the president. The Dems are banking on the fact that they will get a full copy, without it, it appears they’ve got nothing on Trump.
Nadler’s mouth runneth over too much.

What is misleading the American People is Nadler claiming that Barr’s 4 page letter was a “summary” of the report. As Barr pointed out at the time - there was no need to summarize a document he was going to be releasing a few weeks later.
it’s going to be a real pleasure to watch Barr’s testimony in front of Nadler. I’d say he has at least a full standard deviation of IQ on Nadler, and I think he will rip the Chairman’s face off, figuratively speaking.
They are just gonna keep up the impeachment BS for their commie fan base, they know they have zero intention on impeaching Trump..for what, because he WON in 2016 and ruined their commie plans, yeah such a pity..they just want to give their commies some meat til 2020 and when 2020 rolls around they will say “We will just let the voters decide”

Anyone getting tired of Barr getting accused of this? Barr didn’t write the report, Barr didn’t do the investigation, Barr received it and summarized. Fatass Nadler can do likewise. If he thinks he has a case, put down the 24 pack of double glazed doughnuts and go for it. Or at least grab 8 or 9 chairs and sit down in front of the media accomplices and tell them your tall tales. They’ll lap it up, much like Chunky Style does at the all-you-can eat fried chicken buffet. Get the surgery you idiot. No, not the lap band, a labotomy. It might help. You need help. Idiot.

CONGRESS requested a Special Counsel to investigate whether the Trump campaign worked hand-in-hand with the Russians to facilitate a specific outcome in the 2016 election.
DAG Rod Rosenstein expanded the scope of the SC to include actions by POTUS Trump that may rise to the crime of Obstruction of Justice.
The SC report found no evidence of hand-in-hand collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian agents during the 2016 election.
The SC report declined to make specific references to Obstruction of Justice because there was no crime to engender obstruction activity.
These conclusions were appropriately reported to CONGRESS (once again, CONGRESS commissioned the Special Counsel).
CONGRESS now invokes their oversight authority to determine if there is evidence to find collusion or obstruction, matter-of-factly stating that they know of and can provide that evidence.
If that evidence was withheld from the Special Counsel by members of CONGRESS to be exposed at a later date separate and away from the Special Counsel, is that not Obstruction of Justice? Is not the withholding of ANY exculpatory evidence obstruction of justice, ESPECIALLY if it is withheld from an investigation commissioned by CONGRESS?
Will Nadler hold Schiff in contempt of congress for Obstruction?
Just being a Dem politician is misleading the American people. They are not small d democrats at all, but a collective hive of various shades of Marxist-to-Stalinist totalitarians.

Let us all remember that every day the dems spend hunting for things to use to hurt the president is another day they’re not spending their time and efforts to help the less fortunate, to improve the lives of the average American citizens, to secure our nation’s border, or any of countless other better ways to use their time, power and influence.
This can be turned into a fantastic campaign ad by the right people for the 202 general election.
